La ubicación es muy buena y la habitación amplia

Cons:

Hotel muy antiguo que necesita una actualización urgente, desayuno mediocre y la relación calidad/precio muy mala. Además el personal es amable pero poco profesional. Tuvimos que reclamar que nos prepararan el sofá cama y faltaban toallas en el baño.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lounge with coffee and pastries very nice touch.

Cons:

Our room faced the canal and could be a bit noisy on weekend nights.

Lovely stay in a nice hotel
Pros:

The location is great. I went on a business trip, and the hotel location allowed me to use my free afternoon to walk around the center of Amsterdam. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small and looked somewhat instituional, but everything worked well, which is what matters. The breakfast couldn't be expansive because it's a small hotel with limited numbr of guests, but in spite of that the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Overall, I have no complaints. There was no WOW factor, but everything was satisfactory and in fine order.

Posizione centralissima, si va ovunque a piedi o in tram (fermata sotto casa).
Camera spaziosa e pulita.
Personale gentile.
Affacciato sui canali ma non troppo rumoroso.

Cons:

Leggo in altre recensioni pareri molto positivi sulla colazione. In realtà considerato il prezzo (22€) non mi ha proprio convinto. Qualità nella media e poca scelta.

Breakfast was highly enjoyable. Staff were friendly and responsive. Omelette cooked to order tasted wonderful. Additionally, there was a good assortment of other breakfast choices. The atmosphere of the breakfast area was peaceful.

Wir hatten gefragt, wo man sich am besten Räder ausleihen kann und man hatte uns die Black-Bikes genannt, aber dort haben wir nur sehr einfache Fahrräder bekommen, die dazu noch sehr ungepflegt waren und auch dringend mal überholt werden müssten. Der Preis von der Karte mit dem Nachlass des Hotels hat mit dem, was wir nachher bezahlt haben, auch nicht übereingestimmt. Es gibt bestimmt bessere… Am Hotel gibt es Nix zu bemängeln

Amazing staff, very comfortable beds, great breakfast
Pros:

The staff were all fantastic, friendly and helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave. The hotel was clean, stylish and a pleasure. The breakfast selection was great and they made eggs (and ham/bacon) to order. I've been to Amsterdam many times, but this was my first time staying at Dikker & Thijs Hotel. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

Cons:

Çatı katı suitini tuttuk, oda çok güzeldi fakat camlarda perde dahi yoktu:) biz odadayken perde takmak için geldiler saatler sürdü. Odaların temizliği çok çok vasattı, 3 gün kaldık ne temiz bardak konuldu, ne de nevresim değişti.. üstelik temizlik bezleri dahi odada yerlerde bırakılmıştı. Özellikle temizlik kısmı çook vasat
