Very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Size of room and views, great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Minibar not stocked and no scotch, vodka etc for sale.

Very accommodating and professional staff. Charming breakfast room with plentiful options.
Pros:

Very convenient location on tram lines to connect to trains and major sites throughout the city. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel is flanked by lots of tourist shops and eateries so busy and noisy, but very easy to find quiet, more residential neighborhoods nearby to enjoy more local experience.

Would definitely recommend this place!
Pros:

Location was perfect for all the places/tours I wanted to visit. And I can’t say enough about the staff!! Everyone was very friendly and very helpful!

Cons:

Had only one minor key issue but the staff took care of it.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage und dadurch konnte man alles fussläufig machen. Hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und dadurch leider abends etwas lauter aber grundsätzlich okay.

Excellent stay. Convenient. Comfortable.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. It’s 20 min or less walking to many of the major tourist attractions. It’s located right on the Prinsengracht and we had a lovely view of the canal. It was a good size. Breakfast was well done too.

Pros:

It was a very welcoming hotel with a personal touch. You were made welcomed from the first minute you arrived to the very end of your stay. Generally the property was nice, homely and peaceful.
