Zero hospitality from the staff room was a disappointment.
Pros:

I was not comfortable with the hotel so I skipped breakfast.

Cons:

TV did not work, door did not open or close properly, no clock, no phone, the room was run down. When I checked In front desk staff acted as if I was bothering her to check in. Short answers and non friendly attitude. When I spoke to the desk about the tv he said well we will have to get that fixed.

A cama era confortavel

Cons:

Café da manhã muito ruim, pouquíssimas opções, as coisas acabam e ninguém repõe. Fiquei 5 noites e a camareira foi 1 dia. O atendente mal fica na recepção.
