Good for a short stay
Pros:

An unexpected disappointment with certain things at the Mai Hana Resort Hotel.
Pros:

The location was good, close to most needed facilities, Restaurant, stores, etc. And in walking distance. The lobby was the best design, nicely done. As for the breakfast, the complaints were. not that wonderful, no waffle maker, could of been more options for the foods items, all the meats were pork, no beef or chicken meat, except for the powdered eggs, pancakes were not fluffy at all, everything else was okay. The Rooms situation as we entered, #336 the bathroom was not clean, #125 lots of ants, especially on the cake that was for a special occasion, have a video to prove it, #332 was not clean, #234 not clean, #228 bathroom and floor not clean, also ask for 1 extra pillow, was told none were available, as soon as one was available would let me know, bathroom door handle was loose, TV in the bedroom did not work, nor did the remote control, front desk was told on day of check-in, they put order in, said maintenance would come in the morning, which would be Friday, well maintenance did not came until between 12:30-1pm on the Saturday we were checking out, showed something on his phone that was the problem, then said he will be back, he came back 20 minutes before 2pm before we had to check out, with the part, he fixed it, then said the remote was not working either, he went got one from another room to replace it. The hot water in shower took about almost 5 minutes to come, I was told by front desk that this can happen and happens sometimes, that was the answer to the hot water. One of my family member was in the lobby to mention their complaints, they called me from their mobile phone, I ask them to ask again for the pillow for me, they were told by the front desk clerk that he called our room already and we did not answer, NOT TRUE, HE LIED BECAUSE OUR ROOM DID NOT HAVE A PHONE, I BELEIVE NONE OF OUR ROOMS HAD PHONES, WHICH WAS STRANGE. They had him speak to me on my mobile phone, all the same, and why did he lie when he knows there are no phones in the rooms.

Cons:

Sorry, but we had to voice out complaints on both. Better food quality and more items. As for the Rooms, where are the maids, why are the rooms not clean properly, this is not good. You do not know what illness the other guest has, thank THE LORD, I bought disinfectant spray and cleaning wipes, it can be disturbing, and a turn off to see an unclean hotel room, especially when you had checked the reviews for the hotel, and they seem good, then it was not what it said when you got there. Another complaint was that water buildup at the Elevator door on the 3rd floor when it rains, it was definitely a nuisance stepping into puddles of water through out the day. [See 1st box for more dislikes.]
We thought this would of been a great Hotel, but, some what disappointed to the mishaps.
Christina at the front desk was nice, she spoked every time she saw us and was friendly. She was very generous to us and help with a special surprise to our family members in room 125. So sorry, I got the boxes mixed for likes and didn't like.

Pros:

El alojamiento es económico, tiene un buen desayuno, el personal es amable y está bien ubicado, cerca de las atracciones principales de Orlando.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación no era la mejor. Se ve que han empezado a hacerle reparaciones y actualizaciones al hotel pero aún están en proceso. Como queda al lado de una avenida principal hay mucho ruido en la noche, sin embargo hay muchas habitaciones que no quedan frente a la avenida.

Tolle Lage, schöner Pool, super hilfsbereites und nettes Personal

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr herunter gewohnt. Unser Teppich war leider extrem dreckig, dass man mit Schuhen rum lief, weil nur beim rauftreibenden hatte man schon dreckige Socken. In der Badewanne bröckelte die Farbe und alles war klamm.
