Pros:

The only good thing was the location and the breakfast.

Cons:

The room had a smell of mold and mildew. The blankets and sheets were not very clean. The toilet was running constantly and when I inspected the flapper it completely disintegrated. I called the office and no answer. Upon checkout I relayed these concerns to the front desk and they seemed very non shalant about it.

Pros:

Hilfsbereites Personal, man kommt mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut in die Stadt. Für Parkbesucher, wäre das für SeaWorld sehr komfortabel um Parkkosten zu sparen, für die anderen Parks, fährt ein Shattel.
Im Hotel ist ein Stand, wo man sich gleich Tickets für die Parks schon holen kann, zum besseren Preis als am Ticketschlater im Park.
Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig, mit täglichen wechsel an Auswahlmöglichkeiten.
Zimmer war auch top, sauber, alles vorhanden und so ist der Preis auch gerechtfertigt.

Cons:

Gibt nichts was schlecht ist.

Gross, unhelpful, unsafe and not worth the money. Will never go back there again.

Nothing. We left 20 minutes after checking in and went to a different hotel.

Cons:

We checked in and went to the room. We booked a king room with a pool view at least a week in advance. We got to the room to find the door already opened and it was two full size beds on the side of the building, not the pool. We go to the front desk and express our concerns and mention that it’s not the room we paid for. The lady at the front desk showed no concern about the door already being open and said “must’ve just been housekeeping” and said it should be fine. When it comes to the room, she said that they reserved the room that day to people so there was a mix up but they couldn’t do anything about us being in a room we didn’t pay for. We accepted our losses and went back to the room. I looked around and noticed hair still in the sink, stickers still left on walls, the floors were dirty and the shower was nasty to the point we didn’t want to shower. With my wife being pregnant, there was no way I’m letting her stay in a room that nasty and with a door that was already open for HOURS which felt very unsafe. With no help getting another room, we immediately put the keys bin the drop off box and left and paid for another hotel. We were there for a total of maybe 20-30 minutes from check in to check out. Wasted money and our own time.

We were not satisfied with the hotel at all. Before arriving, we had requested a bed for our 2-year-old daughter and even sent a message in advance. On the evening we arrived, we were told the bed would be delivered by 10 PM, but it never came. When we asked again, we were told there was no bed available.

I also asked for hot water to prepare formula for my baby, but I was told they didn’t have any. The cleanliness of the room was also very poor.

Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. I have been booking hotels through Booking.com for 8 years, and this is the first time we have encountered such a terrible experience.

Excelente atendimento no check-in! A recepcionista foi muito cordial, simpática, ágil e educada, um verdadeiro diferencial na experiência. Mas o que mais me impressionou foi o café da manhã, realmente foi um destaque à parte, variado, saboroso e muito bem servido.

Cons:

No geral, tive uma boa experiência. Não houve nada que comprometesse minha satisfação. Em uma próxima oportunidade, pretendo aproveitar a piscina para também avaliá-la.
