Staff friendly when present. Rooms clean and comfy and safe. B+ overall.
Pros:

Clean. Good location. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast setup was a catastrophe. Putting the waffle maker in the corner created a bottle neck in front of the rest of the food and with even a small group eating at the same time makes it hard to get anything in there. Front desk staff was rarely at the desk.

Very pleasant stay, you will not be disappointed.
Pros:

All was clean, good location, water pressure was excellent and the shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion was top notch!

Cons:

The bed could have been a little more comfortable and wish that the curtains were wider so it would have blocked out more light in the mornings.

Disappointing
Pros:

Sana at the front desk was extremely helpful and always pleasant with greeting the guests. More staff members could take a lesson from her.

Cons:

When we checked in the staff member at the desk was "tired" and everything seemed to be an effort. We had booked the room for over a week and she assigned us a small queen room, when clearly the reservation was for 2 queen beds, We had to change rooms when she eventually assigned us a new room, and received NO help in moving to a higher floor. I think it was quite evident we are elderly, and would have appreciated some help as we had put all our things in the smaller room,
The breakfasts had no fresh fruit and the pastries were certainly not fresh, the sausages looked as if they had been microwaved. There was no variety or taste to the food, which is disappointing when one is staying for over a week. This hotel was not up to the standard of previous La Quinta Hotels at which we have stayed.
