Pros:

cleaning room staff did very poor job, leaves the open sugar packets in the same cup with the new ones, bathroom floor does not clean properly, vanity has opened soap liquid, over all very poor cleaning, called room service for diner and been told there out of bread buns, poor Communcations when it comes for bilingual staff.

Nadie del Hotel y su Gerencia apareció para explicar por que esta vez me cobraron IVA teniendo doble pasaporte y viviendo en el extranjero cuando en las dos veces anteriores NO lo hicieron, no pudieron explicar una u otra razón, el Gerente brilló por su ausencia. No volveré.

Pros:

The people at the hotel were wonderful! It's about a 40 minute drive to the airport, might be more depending on traffic. The restaurant was convenient and the food was good.

Definitely felt safe in this hotel!

my only issue was the pool and gym were closed for the entire 7 nights i was there and that sucks. i booked the hotel because of the facilities but it was not available. the staff was excellent and location safe and secure.

At first glance it seems great, but when we got to our room not so great. While showering the tub fills with your dirty water. It didn’t drain well, my friends had the same problem in their room. The water also spills out of the tub onto the floor of the restroom. Unfortunately, it also seemed like they didn’t really clean the room well. There was someone’s socks in the room right behind the small couch. Makes you wonder if they even clean the floors. I also requested towels be delivered to my room before heading out, and they never delivered them. I then requested them a second time before leaving in the later afternoon. Still no towels delivered in the evening. I also mentioned to the front desk lady about the tub filling and not draining while showering. Seemed like she already knew and nothing was done about it. It also appeared to have mold in the shower. Overall, this was not an ideal stay and I wouldn’t recommend my friends stay their as well.
