Pros:

The location was near my conference hotel.

Cons:

THE BAD S**TTy SMELL. The room has an extremely unpleasant smell. It's so bad that I can't compare it to anything else. The room is dusty, and the dirty carpet, combined with the humidity, creates a terrible odor. I don't understand how Marriott can consider this acceptable. Even the hallway smells old and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel has a pervasive bad odor.

Pros:

Clean, great location, price and amenities.

Cons:

It’s a slightly dated and smaller than other Fairfield Inn’s that I have stayed in, although was cleaned and provided a lot of amenities compared to other hotels in the downtown area of Dallas.

Personal war nett. Frühstück war gut
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Kostenloses parken am Hotel. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Preis Leistung nicht so gut... wir haben für 1 Nacht 400€ für 2 Personen bezahlt. Das ist schon recht viel....
Die Klimaanlage war recht laut...

It was all great, very comfy, friendly - even with a welcome present! Delicious hot breakfast! So close to the American Airlines Center also!

Very good experience at this hotel. Best staff!! Highly recommend!!
Pros:

Hotel is well kept. Rooms are nice, very clean and comfortable. Bed was very nice. Good pillows and comforter. I was very pleased with my room. Staff was excellent. Always courteous and spoke to me. Breakfast was hot and lots of choices. Coffee good too!! I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Highly recommend!! Again, the staff really are great here!!

Not worth the money
Pros:

Frühstückszeit zu spät, Lage leider nicht zentral,
Personal (am ersten Abend) sehr inkompetent und desinteressiert:
Keine Ortskenntnis, keine Infos zu Nahverkehrs-
verbindung.
Busverbindung: Bus 230 (ins Zentrum) fiel mehrfach aus. Verbindung zum AT&T Stadium in Arlington sehr langwierig.

Siehe oben + keine Bar, kein Restaurant:
Man kann aber ins benachbarte Hotel gehen.....
In Anbetracht der dezentralen Lage und fehlenden Infrastruktur:
Eine Buchung ist nicht empfehlenswert...

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön, gute Klimaanlage.
Frühstück ist inkludiert und sehr gut, es gibt sogar eine eigene Station für Omelette und Spiegelei.
Ein absoluter Bonus bei den hohen Temperaturen ist der schöne Pool, der groß genug zum Schwimmen ist.
Die Wasserflaschen waren gratis ohne Begrenzung.

Cons:

Unverständlicherweise wurde unser Zimmer an beiden (!!) vollen Tagen nicht gereinigt.
Vor allem am zweiten vollen Tag waren wir bereits um 0700 Uhr unterwegs (Fanmarsch Österreich - Argentinien) und sind erst spät am Abend gekommen. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, bekamen wir wenigstens frische Handtücher.
Das hat überhaupt nicht zum ansonsten sehr guten Eindruck des Hotels gepasst.

Fue una mala experiencia. Solo destacar a la mujer que atiende en el turno noche.
Pros:

Desayuno bastante incompleto. No habia frutas, siquiera...

Cons:

Lamentablemente, la estadia fue mala. No hemos podido dormir en toda la noche porque se escucha demasiado ruido de los pisos superiores. El hotel tiene una estructura antigua y los pisos son de madera (cubiertos por alfombra). Pero cuando la gente de arriba camina, los pasos retumban mucho en la habitacion y se hace imposible dormir. Lamentablemente, teniamos unos vecinos bastante maleducados que estuvieron caminando en la habitacion como hasta las 4am.
Entiendo que el staff del hotel no puede hacer mucho con esto, pero deberian reforzar con los huespedes la politica de ruidos a partir de cierto horario.
No volveria porque nada me asegura que no vuelva a suceder, excepto, tener una habitacion en el ultimo piso.
