Breakfast was great, had good choices. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
The elevator was not working. They should have mentioned that when they emailed us to confirm the room.
The location was exactly where we needed to be.
The hotel is under construction and the elevator was out. The stair door was loud when closing. The staff was not very helpful.

No elevator. Could not accommodate a first floor room. Transferred to adjacent property but it took a long time. No assistance with bags to new property. New property had no ac in halls/elevators. Extremely hot. Staff at new property were uninformed and rude.

Doors are loud when closing unassisted. Was the second tv suppose to work? It would turn on but that’s it. Didn’t need it so no issue. Rm223
The location, easy to get to where we were going.
We were on the 3rd floor, I have sciatica and the elevator went out halfway through our stay. Not fun to have to take stairs in pain when we paid for access to the elevator. My booking wasn’t available immediately when I went to check in, the clerk insisted that I wasn’t at the correct property and sent me on a wild goose chase for a different property that didn’t exist. Came back and the booking had showed up, I got an insincere apology and a goody bag.
The staff were helpful. Enjoyed the pool area.
Having stayed at this hotel last year we rebooked, however they now have a band which plays 2/3 time each week at the bar next to the hotel.
The wifi went down for 2/3 days the lift didn't work for 4 days and still wasn't working when we left.
Just great! Surprised to see station omelette on Sunday morning!

I think new decor is in order. It looks like walking into the shining. The tv is a little dark as well
Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing with omelet station options, not just the typical continental options. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome bag with snacks and water. A coupon for a free cocktail and a free menu item in the bistro.the room was cozy, clean, and cool when we walked in. Everything was ready for our stay! We will definitely stay again!
It was not the staff's fault, but the computer system kept freezing up during check-in, but it got worked out pretty quickly.
