Overall warm welcoming and would definitely stay again and recommend to others
Pros:

The staff were great 😊 everyone was very nice helpful and friendly. We liked the cake we ordered and also the little shop was very convenient all staff went out of there way to help us especially reception team thank you

Cons:

Thought the bathroom was a bit small for a superior bathroom and the bathroom floor was a bit dirty lots of marks on the tiles and the water didn’t drain quickly from the bath when taking a shower

Estancia especial, un oasis en el Red Light District
Pros:

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa , el hotel está en el centro pero se siente muy tranquilo y nada ruidoso.
Especial mención a los compañeros de recepción Edi , Matteo y Gonzalo,siempre atentos.
Sin duda si volvemos a Amsterdam, no elegiremos otro hotel, volveremos para sentirnos en casa.
Fue una estancia muy especial para mí , y como trabajador de hotel desde hace ya 8 años, lo recomendaré siempre a todo el mundo

Pros:

Very helpful staff.. we requested a stay extension by a day because the Dubai airport got closed and we had to extend our stay. We also requested for a change in room since my mother would have difficulty climbing 6-7 stairs each time she entered the room or went to the washroom. They were very helpful with both. Special thanks for Gonzalo and the woman who was at the reception around noon on 1 march. Also, very good breakfast and very convenient location from where pretty much everything we wanted to visit was walkable.

Cons:

Housekeeping doesn't seem to be interested in cleaning the rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and it didn't get cleaned even once. Some of it is understandable.. like we changed rooms after the first day, and also we would generally give up around 5pm or so and go to sleep for a while. But it is still a marked difference from everything else about Radisson Blu (which was amazing) and also other hotels we stayed in at other citiies.

Bad AC control in the rooms, good location.

Lovely city. Lots to see and do.
Pros:

Location was good. 10 minute walk to Central station which brought us straight to Schiphol Airport. Close to Dam Square and shopping areas.

Cons:

Some streets seemed a bit dodgy and potentially unsafe at nighttime. Pre booking of certain attractions is essential. Vincent Van Gogh Museum and Anne Frank House being 2. We missed out on the museum because it was booked out. Thankfully we booked Anne Frank House months ago.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre d’Amsterdam à pied. Si vous voulez prendre le tramway, il faut faudra 400 m pour y accéder
