If the credit card is proven to be invalid, you will be provided 24 hours to provide the hotel with a new valid credit card. Making a reservation for the private parking garage is recommended. A maximum height of 75 in is allowed in the parking and it costs EUR 62.50EUR per day.

Breafast was really good. Breakfast service was good employees were polite.
Bed and sheets were clean, bathroom were clean
Common areas of the hotel could be cleaner, carpet floors smells dusty or moldy. Glass surfaces of the room were dusty, tv remote may be dirtiest i have ever seen.
The room was excellent, very clean, nicely laid out and and comfortable. Location wise it's perfect for all the major attractions and locations Amsterdam has to offer.

Our room was number 373, and it was very noisy because it was right next to the elevator. Also, even though we stayed for two days, water was provided in our room only once.

The hotel staff were friendly.
It’s walking distance from the shopping areas.
The rooms are massive (we did have a superior room) and there’s shelf space for clothes which seems to be a luxury in European hotels. Most only offer hanging space.
There are road closures around the hotel so Ubers often just dropped us off away few roads from the hotel because they couldn’t be bothered finding another route. Not fun in the rain. I recommend asking the hotel to use their taxi service. This of course doesn’t really work when you are ready to come home after dinner etc.
No shelf in the shower. Not major but an easy fix for comfort.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt, was sicherlich auch an dem extrem freundlichen Personal lag. Herausragend! Wir konnten schon viel früher in das Zimmer und haben und über das große, bequeme Bett und das tolle Frühstück sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
