Has Best Western Become a Cracker Barrel Event
Pros:

Passing thru this area, I encountered another reversed discrimation scenerio when I checked in. You'd think, given the hospitalty industry would strive to avoid any semblance, and yet, twice in this recent trip, this was my welcome smack.

Convenient and Comfortable
Pros:

The property was very convenient for my visit to Dublin. It had a pool and a great included breakfast. Plenty of parking and convenient to local businesses.

Cons:

The floor of my room was a bit dirty but my main complaint was the staff. They seemed very disinterested in general and there was a bit of confusion with my booking that took several calls to resolve. The attendant at breakfast was great though.

Avoid this one.
Pros:

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Best Western Hilliard Inn and Suites where I stayed in Ohio for 5 days for a conference I was attending nearby. Although the room itself was fine and the bed comfortable, the amenities were nearly nil - super cheap hygiene products and a non-working iron. I was told the elevator was out when I arrived and so had to lug my big ol' suitcase up to the third floor. Apparently, there was no attempt to fix the elevator because it stayed broken during my whole stay, so I lugged it back down as well. The worst for me was that the big window that took up one wall of my room had only a kind of scrim shade that left tons of light into the room both during the day and at night-brutal for me. There was a room darkening shade behind the light filtering one, but it was broken and an inquiry at the desk said there was no one on site to fix it and they did not attempt to fix it during the entirety of my stay. One highlight-decent breakfast with hot entrees each morning. But I would definitely choose another hotel in the area.

Breakfast was good. Room could have been cleaner. Location was ok.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice. Need Splenda as an option.

Cons:

The elevator was out of order. They put us on the 3rd floor. I am 68 and recently had knee replacement surgery. Was told there was nothing they could do. No discount, no other room nothing. No incentive for the inconvenience.
