Decent stay once they got us into a clean room.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. My kids did not love that there was a community milk in the refrigerator to share, as opposed to individual cartons . They were creeped out by this and did not want to use it for their cereal. But there was a variety of things that we could eat.
The staff was very friendly when they did make a mistake with the room. They gave us a new one right away and apologized. Also, we left something in one of the rooms and someone went up to get it for us. The breakfast staff was very helpful when we had a spill and they helped just clean it up. So Staff was great.

Cons:

At first the room that they gave us was not clean. So we arrived at about midnight and they gave us a key card for a room that had not been cleaned because it was not marked correctly in the computer, this was a little jarring, but they were able to give us a clean room. However, the room has a little bit of an odor, not of smoke, but of something not fully pleasant sort of of a food odor maybe.

Front desk was very apologetic for the elevator being down and even offered to help get our bags upstairs. Breakfast was good
