Pros:

Stayed at Greendale for about a month. Really well furnished. I'm a germaphobe and this place is mostly immaculate.
Friendly stuff, the pool came in handy during the hot days.
Responsiveness from management to issues is satisfactory. I think the only suggestion I would make is the electricity pay-as-you go component ought to be mentioned on the site as something that has to be reloaded by the tenant after the initial tokens run out so one knows what to expect. All in all, you won't have any regrets staying here.

Pros:

Apartments are really great! I love that they’re so friendly, especially Patrick and Fred. They were beyond any kind of kindness I’ve ever received in Kampala and I’ve been here for 7 years. They treated and greeted us like family every day. We were there for a week.

The apartment itself was beautiful and clean! I’d just let ppl know that you need to buy your own dish soap, sponge, etc. it is an apartment not a hotel per say. But it’s SO worth it!

My only upset moments were the noise from the hotel in front a few nights and random smoking one night. I’d called the manager and he took care of it immediately.

But honestly, this is a great place to stay, especially families or larger groups. It saves on constantly eating out when you can make your own food. Plus the pool is pretty awesome as well. They were still in construction while we were there but everyone was very pleasant and didn’t disturb us.

I can’t wait to be back soon!
