I loved how close it was to TD Garden and easy to maneuver to various areas such a Back Bay.
There was only one elevator but I did hear that they are getting another elevator.
Location facilities and helpful staff
Valet didn’t start until 7 am
The location was perfect for a Celtics game. The food was great and the staff was super friendly.
Narrow hallways in spaces and the elevator was very small.
Came to Boston with my brother to see our local NBA team play the Celtics. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from TD Garden and walking distance to many local sights in downtown Boston. Edison warmly greeted us as we arrived. Brought all of our bags inside and helped us get an early check-in. Definitely plan to stay here again if I visit the city again.
Great hotel experience. Edison greeted us and carried our bags inside even though it was below freezing out. He was able to check us in early since our room was cleaned and ready! I will be back.
Back in November, I bought tickets for a game at TD Garden. I was nervous to stay in Boston, but I was fortunate to find this gem of a hotel online and booked it right away. Its right across from TD Garden and was easy to find. The valet staff were absolutely amazing, especially going to get something I forgot in the car! Every single staff member we encounter was kind and friendly. The all around atmosphere was phenomenal. The rooms were great and clean! The beds were extremely comfortable also. If we ever come back for another game, we will definitely be staying here again!
This the second time we have stayed at Hotel Indigo. It's a super convenient location for attending games at Garden. Hotel rooms are clean and the restaurant in the lobby has great food and service.
Stuck trying to get home and so glad we stayed at Hotel Indigo. Charming hotel AND the location was amazing. Shout out to Edison at the front desk who took great care of us and suggested we go to the Boston Bruins hockey game. He told us what app to download to get tickets and made it such a fun night for us. The hotel location could not be more perfect and we would definitely do it again. While everyone else froze to get to parking garages etc, we easily left the arena and walked across the street back to our fab hotel room. Being stuck due to Winter Storm Fern ended up being an extended Vacay for us. If you wanna go to a Celtics or Bruins game, stay at Hotel indigo. Great experience and highly recommend!
During the first giant blizzard of 2026, I got stranded at Logan. Waited for HOURS only to be cancelled.
Called around and Hotel Indigo knocked it out of the park. Like every other business in New England, they were crushed and trying to figure it out in real time. Here’s the kicker: despite that being the case, that stress and scarcity never crossed over into my experience as a customer.
Super accommodating staff, nicely laid out rooms, a great bar, and a nice gym. And great rates for maybe the most bustling part of Boston proper.
Amazing experience. Second time staying at the Boston location, stayed at the Brickell Miami location as well as the Chicago location. Boston and Miami location has an amazing staff, from the front desk, to the room service/restaurant, and the housekeeping. My stays are always peaceful.
We once again chose to stay at the Indigo for our trip to Boston. Once again it was a great experience. Love the location, love the service, we will be back. I would especially like to mention how nice it was to see Edison again, one of the reasons we like to stay at the Indigo. Always ready to help, great service and very welcoming. If I may, he has the vibe and presence of what you would picture a Bostonian would be. He makes you feel special. For me personally his personality and vibe add a lot to my experience at the Indigo. Great guy, hope to see him again soon and visit the Indigo maybe this summer.
Amazing experience at Hotel Indigo! The room was spacious and beautiful, and the location right across from TD Garden was perfect. Special shoutout to our valet, Edison. He was friendly, professional, and kept everything seamless. Despite the freezing weather, he was outside with our car waiting for us when we arrived. You can truly tell he cares about doing a great job!

We always enjoy staying at Hotel Indigo when we go to Boston. Edison is always there to greet us with a smiling face. The service is great, beds are comfy and the bar is an added bonus! It’s a prime location for when we visit TD Garden!
