Great location, but Not a great stay
Pros:

We picked this hotel because of the location. It is directly across the street from TD Garden. They charge premium prices for the room; our experience was less than premium. Let's start with an old, slow elevator because they are repairing the main one. Now let's go into the fact that it was impossible to shower because the water was tepid at best. After coming from a concert and sweating, one would like to shower, but could not do that. Cold water was off, hot was up all the way. The walls are so thin, you could literally hear everyone's conversations in nearby rooms. It wasn't a muffled conversation; it was clear. The view was a little too desired as it was a brick wall. The staff were friendly and had a cute kitchenette area. Also, the price for a salad was 3$ more than listed on the menu.

Hotel Indigo Boston North End
Pros:

If you are going to an event at Td Garden or want to spend a day in the North End the location if this hotel is prefect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and our King suite was designed in a way that shut out a lot of the street noise in the bedroom. The hotel was very clean and smelled nice for such a busy location. If you are driving the can valet your car but its a hefty price but the cost of parking anywhere in Boston is pretty brutal. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was very good, the service was excellent even though the little restaurant was packed.

Run down, shabby, unkempt property
Pros:

The rooms, actually, the whole building is super shabby. Rugs in the hallway missing sections, not the hotels fault, the ownership fault, they clearly do not spend money to repair or upkeep this building. Valet parking only, which costs $65. We have a brand new Volvo, we could see in our app the car was left unlocked with the windows down all night. Would not stay here ever again, even if its super convenient to the garden. This place sucks.

Very nice stay
Pros:

Very convenient location near north station. Hotel is calm atmosphere. Room is very clean and comfortable. Edison kindly accepted my request of late check-out.

The hotel experience was superior.
Pros:

The Breakfast staff was excellent, they served our meal with a smile and the food was delicious. The valet was friendly and had our car delivered quickly. Excellent service!

In town for a Bruins game
Pros:

Location is great, valet service was excellent. Food at the restaurant onsite was good—we had drinks, dinner, and breakfast separately and all three experiences were positive.

We stayed in a queen suite, the room was clean and pleasant. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The guest in the room next to ours was a snoring all night and it carried into our room. Other than that the hotel was pretty quiet for the location.

As indicated in the listing, one of the elevators was down for repairs but we had no long waits other than during checkout when we opted to take the stairs down

Price was comparable to other hotels in the area
