Cons:

O quarto não condiz com a foto, não tem Vista tem uma pequena janela que dá para o ar condicionado não dá para saber quando é de dia quando é de noite tem uma bancada com microondas pequeno e um frigobar chamando isso de cozinha,não disponibilizam louça nenhuma. E água fraca do chuveiro.

Pros:

Edison was so extremely nice and helpful! Rooms were very clean and updated. The queen suite was very sweet! Great location!

The location and staff were great.

Cons:

The room was small with a view of a brick wall and definitely not worth the price. There is no lobby to sit in and no outdoor area either.

Comfortable room with great amenities
Pros:

The room was lovely, with modern furnishings, a very comfortable bed, and excellent attention to cleanliness, including the bathroom. I particularly appreciated the high-quality shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion provided.

Cons:

The only inconvenience was that the coffee machine wasn’t working, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to let the staff know. I’m sure they would have been happy to fix it promptly.

Great people terrible room quality
Pros:

Front desk team were brilliant in particular Edison.

Unfortunately the room quality was very bad. Bed uncomfortable and shower quality terrible. Totally overpriced

Excellent Service and Clean rooms
Pros:

Excellent service from Edison. He upgraded my room to one bedroom suite as part of my Ambassador membership in IHG. Great location close to shops and movie theater right across the hotel. Planning to return for next trip to Boston.
