Noise.
My issue, probably.
Loved our stay. The hotel is lovely. Their bar & restaurant is delicious. Order the chicken cutlet sandwich. You won't be sorry. A great place and extremely close for a Celtics game.
Really quite a decent place! It’s pleasant and clean, and it’s a good location that is near some of the main tourist sites and the Boston Garden, and has easy subway access to the rest of town. It’s quiet even when there are rowdy sports fans out front after the game. Solid place.
Edison was beyond amazing.
He greeted us on day 1 with the warmest welcome and guided us through our stay. He always had time to answer questions and make us smile. Remembering to ask how our day was and seeming to genuinely care.
We had a complimentary upgrade and was able to check in early on day one which was a huge blessing since we had been traveling since 2am with a 2 month old in tow.
Edison,
you were a bright light in our visit to Boston. Thank you!
It’s right across the street for TD Garden
Older with very dark small rooms
We stayed at Hotel Indigo Boston overnight after going to see the Celtics today. We had such a great experience thanks to Edison from valet. He was seriously amazing, super friendly, helpful, and made everything so easy for us. He made it seamlessly easy to get in and out of the hotel. He for sure made us feel taken care of the whole time. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay!
This cute hotel is right in the heart of everything! We crossed the street to the Celtics game, jumped on the subway to Fenway Park, walked the Freedom Trail, and had endless options for drinks and dining an easy walk away. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully appointed and the bathroom was a dream!
The street could be a little loud at night when local events were ending. Nothing that earplugs couldn't fix...
During our stay we had the pleasure of getting to know the neighbourhood host Edison whose pleasant demeanour and overall service experience made our nights in Boston even more lovely and welcoming. He was always around to cater to us and anything we needed, especially with vallet services, bags, places to be, or just a warm conversation. I look forward to many more stays at the Indigo and to interacting with the kind and helpful staff. Definitely recommend Indigo and its amazing staff team!
The location is convenient
Alot of foot and car traffic all night
My husband and I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. It was the perfect location for an event at TD Gardens. We stayed in room 202 which was perfect for us, lots of space and many windows. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the couch was very useful for just relaxing without having to lay in bed. The room had a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator, but no microwave. It can be loud as others have mentioned, but we stayed up pretty late until the night life quieted down anyway. I suggest you use the sound machine if your room has one. I understand you can request one too. The hotel also provided a little packet with ear plugs, an eye mask, some sleepy time tea and a moistened lavender wet nap. It was a nice added touch. We used valet parking which we understood was the only option, but we didn’t want to drive around Boston if we didn’t have to anyway. Sara at the front desk was very helpful, along with Shawn the hotel manager. We would stay here again if we ever return. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very convenient. The employees that worked the night shift were friendly, helpful and attentive ~ George (owner), Marissa, Ryan and Talia. I would say to avoid the restaurant for breakfast if you’re in a hurry and/or are particular about expecting perfect service.
Location
Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast not included for the very expensive room cost for one night.
Perfect hotel for a night at the Garden. The location truly can’t be beat—just steps away, which makes getting to and from an event incredibly easy and stress-free. The hotel itself feels clean, modern, and well-maintained, which immediately makes a great impression when you walk in.
The rooms are nicely updated with a fresh, contemporary design and everything feels thoughtfully put together. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a busy evening. Despite being so close to the arena, the overall experience still felt comfortable and welcoming.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, adding to the overall positive experience. For a quick overnight trip centered around a game or concert, this hotel checks all the boxes—convenience, cleanliness, and comfort. I would definitely stay here again for another night at the Garden.
The rooms were perfect anthed clean. And the walking distance to TD garden great.
awesome stay. comfy room for a good rate on a td garden event night. blake’s has great food/drinks/staff as well. shoutout to edison and co. at valet for their extra help in the AM
This was a great hotel that provided us with a clean comfortable room at a fair price. The location to TD Garden and the North End is excellent. Easy access to the subway and the Charles River walking path. Will stay here again.
The convenience to TD Garden. Very friendly staff. Nice dining area as well.
Great location is you're going to an event at TD Garden. But the noise level in the hotel is kind of loud, but this hotel did have a white noise machine that helped.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
