Would look for other options near airport.
Pros:

Location was ok - not too far from airport and convenient shuttle bus.

Cons:

Very average property. Passable for a quick nightcap but nothing more. Poorly maintained, very basic breakfast, deteriorating venue.

Comfortable accommodation close to the airport.
Pros:

It has a free bus service to and from the airport and it is close to the airport. Staff were friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They provided body wash, shampoo/conditioner, soap and body lotion. They have their own restaurant which is handy after a long flight.

Cons:

There were 3 adults in the room but they only provided 2 towels, facecloths and cups/glasses. There was no hand towel provided. The room had a queen bed and a single bed so it was set up for 3 people and we booked for 3 adults. We had to ask for a 3rd towel. We were on the second floor and we had been away for a month so had a lot of luggage but there was no elevator, so we had to do muliple trips up stairs with heavy bags.

Disappointing nights sleep due to illuminated room.
Pros:

The price and the cleanliness.

Cons:

The room was small, it was illuminated during the night from over bright, outdoor lights. The room wasn’t very soundproof. The restaurant meals were very poor, seemed like food cooked from packets and frozen produce.

Basic, easy access from the airport and free shuttle couldn’t ask for more
Pros:

The staff are absolutely amazing, couldn’t do anything more to help. They’re understanding and supportive. The facilities are basic but great.

Cons:

It is pretty far from the city or facilities. However it’s only a short uber to the warehouse DFO. And ordering food in is easy also.

Good apart from the smell of the room
Pros:

Good location, clean and tidy and good price

Cons:

There was a strong odour in the room, could have been the cleaning products used or a really bad air freshener which gave me a headache.

We didn't have breakfast

Cons:

Very disappointed there was no lift, we are both in our late 70's and carrying suitcases up stairs was extremely hard, fortunately another guest offered to help

Transit was good.
Pros:

I was there for only about 4 hours in transit, but the reception staff was friendly and very informative.

Cons:

Had a light outside that seemed to shine directly onto the room, but curtains did 99 trick and made the room dark enough
