Location is good, was good bed. Great service as shuttle bus.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. If we knew we wouldn’t buy it. I don’t recommend do this. For the amount they charge for breaky you can have good food outside.

Would have happily given a higher rating if floors & toilet had been cleaned properly.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the sheets were clean. Surfaces in room and bedroom also clean. Service in restaurant also good.

Cons:

Floors were definitely not clean - bathroom floor had head and public hairs on it and the carpets were distinctly dusty/bitty. There were also skid marks in the toilet... Whole place smelt overpoweringly of air freshener. Whole place a little run down sadly.

Will absolutely come back here
Pros:

Airport shuttle was easy. Garden was so well kept. It was so quiet. Loved it. It was what I needed. Had to stay an extra night and they worked it out for me.
