Leider war das Hotel wie das Wetter: eine Mischung aus Sonnenschein und Regen – es gab schöne Momente, aber auch einige
Pros:

Am besten gefallen hat uns das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant. Die Kellner waren ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen war hervorragend und die Atmosphäre einfach toll.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben. Begonnen hat es damit, dass ich beim Housekeeping um eine zweite Bettdecke gebeten habe. Leider wurde ich dabei von oben bis unten gemustert und habe trotzdem keine zusätzliche Decke bekommen. Auch ein erneuter Versuch an der Rezeption blieb erfolglos.

Außerdem herrschte im Zimmer ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch. Am zweiten Tag wurde plötzlich das Wasser abgestellt, ohne dass wir vorab darüber informiert wurden oder irgendwo ein entsprechender Hinweis zu finden war. Das ist natürlich besonders unangenehm und unpraktisch, wenn man beispielsweise gerade die Toilette benutzt hat.

Zusätzlich wurde der Lift außer Betrieb genommen, sodass wir beim Check-out unser gesamtes Gepäck über die Stiegen nach unten tragen mussten.

Insgesamt waren das einige vermeidbare Unannehmlichkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt haben.

O banheiro está totalmente desatualizado, escuro, sem ventilação o que dá a impressão de ambiente sujo

Optei por local que propiciasse ambiente silencioso, porem isto não ocorreu, música alta até o início da madrugada dificultando uma noite de sono razoável.

The staff was nice overall.

Cons:

The rooms were smaller than expected, there was only 1 towel and wash cloth inside of the room, and the water was VERY COLD while I was taking a shower . No warm water . I would NEVER stay here again .

Great hotel if you want to explore south beach and enjoy the nightlife!
Pros:

Ideally located for south beach

Cons:

Although clean it could do with an update in some areas but these are minor. Windows also do let in sound so be prepared to hear traffic, music etc

Pros:

The staffs were polite and courteous and the beds were comfortable..Maids were very polite and helpful. Food was delicious.

Cons:

The bathroom door wouldn't close and it was small not enough space for all the things that was needed. Vent wasn't working to help with all the steam. I couldn't find any local channels onTV and it kept streaming and freezing quite a bit.

Great place for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Great location. Decor was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Front desk clerk Gabriella, was a doll. Great price and accommodation for a short stay.

Cons:

The bathroom. Particularly, the tub tiling on the floor. Could use some remodeling, other than that, the hotel was charming.

Boa relação qualidade/preço mas não escolheria este tipo de quarto
Pros:

Tomamos o pequeno almoço no restaurante junto do hotel e foi bom. A localização é ótima pois dá para ir a pé para muitos sitios de Miami Beach e todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Guardaram as nossas malas até à hora de check-in.

Cons:

O único problema é que o quarto com varanda fica em cima do restaurante e tem música muito alta durante todo o dia e até de madrugada por isso não dá para usufruir da varanda e à noite tivemos de pedir para baixar o som.
