Cons:

No hot water at all - had to bathe in the sink with a cold wash cloth. Loud music even after adjacent room was asked to turn it down. Constantly screaming and being completely disruptive. Could barely sleep.

Overall, this was a good stay and great part of the city!
Pros:

The location was great! Walking distance from the beach, cafes, restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

There is a restaurant/bar downstairs that plays loud music most of the night. The noise comes with the location, but if you are a light sleeper wouldn't recommend.

Very conveniently located property with large clean rooms and appropriately priced
Pros:

The location was great, price was appropriate and room was large and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. There was a problem with the air conditioning unit and they fixed it immediately.

Cons:

The bed was too hard for me, but that’s a personal preference. Also it would have been nice to include body lotion with the toiletries.
