a nice hotel in a great area

room was clean but small - not much storage space - bathroom door hard to close and stuck

Lage, direkt an der Collins Avenue und 10th Street

Cons:

Wegen der Lage ist das Hotel wohl auch eher ein "Party-Hotel". Nach Mitternacht laute Gäste im Gang und in den Zimmern. Auch heizt der DJ bis nach Mitternacht, was das öffnen der Fenster unmöglich macht. Will man dazu die AC einschalten, kann man ganz nicht mehr schlafen.

Příjemný hotýlek v srdci South Miami Beach
Pros:

Příjemný hotýlek v centru South Miami Beach. Na pláži jste za pět minut. Příjemní recepční, kteří nám se vším poradili. Na pokoji fén, lednička, mikrovlnka, žehlička a žehlicí prkno. Hotel půjčoval osušky na pláž. Hned vedle je příjemná restaurace, patřící k hotelu. Spousta nákupních a stravovacích možností v okolí.

Cons:

Snídaně byla k dispozici za 7,99 USD (2 vejce upravené na různé způsoby, opečené brambory a toust). Za vše ostatní se doplácelo. Při příjezdu je vybírána vratná kauce 100 USD. Za parking se platí 40 USD. Kousek se dají využít veřejné parkovací garáže za 20 USD na den.

Location and friendliness of staff who were also very helpful . Reasonably priced.

Cons:

Bathroom needed updating (shower curtain and smell of mould with some cracked tiles)
No outside space which was a game changer

Excelente custo benefício. Surpreendeu minhas expectativas.
Pros:

Localização excelente. Bem central, em avenida paralela à Ocean Drive, o que é melhor, pois é menos movimentada e barulhenta. Mesmo assim fácil acesso à praia. Uma TV grande no quarto, com canais e bom sinal de WIFI. Silencioso, escuro e com camas confortáveis. Banho também bom. Restaurante no local, o que facilita se vc quiser pedir um café da manhã ou outra refeição. O atendente conseguiu antecipar nosso check in em 3h. Certamente vou querer retornar quando for à Miami novamente.

Die Nähe zum Ocean Drive und dem Meer ist super. In der Strasse gibt es sehr viele Bars/Restaurants.

Cons:

Leider befindet sich direkt im Hotel eine Bar, und unser Zimmer lag unmittelbar darüber. Nachts war die Musik so laut, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, direkt in der Bar zu sitzen.
