Pros:

The location was awesome, and the adjoining restaurant food was amazing & so were the staff.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit sounded like a jet plane taking off and kept me awake all night though it was too hot to turn the unit off.
The shower needs some TLC both floor and shower head. Shower water was only lukewarm and hardly had any pressure.

El peor hotel de Florida
Cons:

Desde el inicio todo lo que pudo ir mal, así fue.
Cuando llegamos al hotel, - el cuál nos comunicó que disponía de servicio de Valet - el personal que se encontraba en recepción no nos dió ninguna solución para poder dejar el coche. El Valet no estaba en recepción y no había parking reservado disponible. Tuvimos que dar vueltas durante 15 minutos hasta que una plaza se liberó, posteriormente nos cobró el servicio de Valet de 40 dólares.

El peor episodio fue por la noche, cuando apenas pudimos dormir. El bar que se encuentra al lado del hotel y con comunicación directa con el hotel (como de pueee ver en la imagen), permaneció con la música a todo volumen hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Tras acudir de nuevo a hablar con el personal de recepción, de nuevo sin solución, al ser "un evento privado". Tampoco contemplaron la posibilidad de reubicacíon en otra habitación y nos indicaron que hablásemos con el gerente al día siguiente. Ni siquiera tras la intermediación de Booking conseguimos que entrasen en razón.

Al día siguiente, al hacer el chech-out, el personal de ese momento se disculpó con nosotros, nos indicó que sí que había habitaciones con cama de matrimonio para haber hecho el cambio y que en caso de estar el Valet ocupado, había un parking a unos metros, con un precio muy inferior. Ninguno de los dos compañeros anteriores nos lo había comunicado.

En resumen, si quieres descansar durante tu estancia en Miami, este no es tu hotel. Fácilmente encontraréis uno mejor. Es el peor hotel en el que me he alejado en Florida.
