Excelente relación precio-calidad, buena ubicación, rico desayuno, personal dispuesto y capacitado.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, hubo buena voluntad para acceder a nuestras peticiones. El desayuno es muy bueno, tiene un meson buffet y además incluye opciones de carta sin costo adicional. El personal del desayuno también es impecable y dispuesto.

Buena opción en el centro de Puno
Pros:

Desayuno, atención y localización si prefieres estar dentro de la ciudad de Puno y no a orillas del titicaca

Cons:

Hay un radiador portátil en la habitación y pese a apagarlo toda la noche se resecó mucho el ambiente

Good position, nice staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our three-night stay here, as we were already familiar with the property. We also stayed in Cusco and Puno. The staff were incredibly friendly—especially Marco, who was very helpful with taxis, understood our request for a quieter room, and handled all our needs generally.
You sleep very well thanks to the large beds. Everything was clean. There is underground parking accessible by elevator. If they had a restaurant too, I’d give it a 10! A young, welcoming team—they were all great! The position is quiete and central to discover the city. Thanks for all! We recommend it!
