Cons:

Wir waren 2 mal hier, einmal zu Beginn und zum Ende unserer Perureise. Beim ersten Mal war alles ok aber beim zweiten Mal war das Personal unhöflich, das Frühstücksbüffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt, wir hatten 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser und das Zimmer war quasi ohne Tageslicht (kleines Fenster zum Innenhof, der wiederum selber abgedunkelt ist). Auch nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme zur Rezeption wurde keine Lösung angeboten, man wurde lediglich vertröstet.
Schlechter Check-In Prozess, wir mussten über eine Stunde warten und es gab keinerlei Kommunikation

Pros:

Gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Hotel liegt gut im Stadtzentrum nahe der Schnellbuslinie in die Innenstadt. Genügend Restaurants im Umkreis. Sicherer Stadtteil, wir konnten uns auch am Abend dort gut bewegen.

Cons:

Nutzen sie vom Flughafen kommend entweder UBER oder aber die offiziellen Taxen am Flughafen in die Stadt, das geht auch mitten in der Nacht.

Rooms and showers are nice. Location is great! Staff were great especially housekeeping. AC was strong.

Great value for the location.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was good - a collection of peruvian food, with options to request egg dishes (omelettes, fried eggs) or pancakes, etc from the kitchen. Lots of selection - fruits, breads, coffee, tea, yogurt with lots of toppings.

Very attentive and courteous hotel staff
Pros:

The hotel’ s rooms seemed a bit outdated. I was changed to two different rooms, due to (I was told) a faulty electrical outlet) in which the ceiling light above my bed could not be switched off (in both rooms).
The daily buffet breakfast was very good however, and the customer service provided by the hotel staff, especially Joseph (restaurant host), Jesús and the young lady at the reception were truly impeccable!

Pros:

We loved our stay here. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was top notch with tons of selection and the option to have made to order eggs/pancakes/waffles/french toast. Staff were lovely.

Would absolutely stay here again.
