Las fotos no son lo que ves cuando te alojas en las fotos se bien pero en realidad no, la llave del lavamanos estaba dañada, los colchones muy duros, el desayuno estaba muy regular .

Cons:

Las habitaciones no son como aparecen en las fotos publicidad engañosa, aveces había un olor a cañería.

El hotel muchas cosas que deben mejorar para una mejor calificación como poner cobijas, los dias que estuvimos no cambiaron sábanas suoer mal, no vooveria al hotel con ese sistema que tienen,ell desayuno podría ser bueno algo variado en lo personal no me gusto sus desayunos .
Una crítica mas deberían de dar capacitación a los de recepción no son groseros pero les falta el entusiasmo de recibir y despedir a los huéspedes de ser atentos.

Un hôtel à très bon rapport Qualité/Prix - à 2 pas du port et du centre historique de Santa Marta !
Pros:

- une situation exceptionnelle à 2 pas du port de plaisance et non loin du coeur historique de Santa Marta
- un prix défiant toute concurrence
- une chambre propre et équipée normalement
- un personnel serviable
- la possibilité de laisser ses bagages pour visiter Santa Marta dans la journée

muy gusto mucho la ubicación del hotel muy cerca al mar,

Cons:

falta de interés en el personal, poco amable y de llegada a la habitación no había papel higiénico, no había jabón heramos 3 personas y solo dejaron dos tallas hable con la señorita Daniela y al otro día me dejaron 3 tullas y al final termine con 5 tallas , me gustaría que estuvieran más perdientes de los uspedes y estar pendiente de lo que uno pueda nesecita

Nos quedamos en una de las habitaciones sencillas, tenía aire acondicionado y televisión con señal claro, los desayunos
Pros:

Muy organizando, muy limpio, la ubicación espectacular, cerca de muchos restaurantes y comercio y por supuesto al frente la bahía, ideal para ir todas las tardes a ver el atardecer
