I wouldn’t stay there again if I need a hotel in Amsterdam or Amstelveen
Pros:

Clean, small but nice room

Cons:

At 5am, a very loud alarm suddenly woke us up. We went out and came back after a couple of minutes when realized it was false. Later on alarm went on running from time to time for another half an hour. We were really tired, it was a very bad experience. The breakfast was also very poor. I regret paying for breakfast at the property, it wasn’t even worth 5 euros. The hotel is further in the middle of an industrial area, it is not worth the price with everything combined.

Good place
Pros:

Comfortable, great transport links into the centre, good size room, like the microwaves in the foyer so you can warm up brought in food or from the mini market machines, fridge in the room, shops in walking distance, coffee machine.

Cons:

The pillows are square like cushions and not supportive enough which affected sleeping - although the bed is comfortable. At least two proper rectangular pillows should be provided per person..

The breakfast is too expensive.

Great hotel for Wagener stadium
Pros:

We booked this hotel due to accessibility of Wagener stadium. A few minutes walk to the 357 bus stop either side, which was perfect.
The room was large and comfortable. Lovely bed and bathroom.
The hotel is alcohol free and does not have an evening restaurant. Once I got over this shock it was fine. Lovely supermarkets 5 mins away and the most lovely Indian restaurant called Bits and Bites.
We had food in the lobby, brought our own drinks and played games like several other guests.
The area is in an industrial estate which felt safe and was very quiet.

Cons:

On arrival the receptionist was not approachable and didn’t make us feel at all welcome. No other staff member was like her.
Would have liked to know that the hotel did not have a restaurant and bar in advance.
The breakfast was not the best. Pastries were mostly dry. Eggs overcooked. The prepared fresh fruit was not fresh and not replenished. It seems that when something was empty, that was it. There was a large variety of food if you were early enough.

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel was quiet & rooms were spotless. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Despite being located in the middle of a business park it was close to public transport stops. Convenient for both the airport and Amsterdam centre.

Thoroughly enjoyed and would look to stay again
Pros:

The rooms were huge. Close walking distance to the bus stop & metro. Shopping centre also in walking distance.

Although there was no restaurant or bar for the evening we brought our own food and wine and ate in the foyer/communal area with friends and played cards.

Travelling to the airport was easy: the 357 bus to Amstelveen bus station and then the number 300 took us all the way into the airport.

Voldeed aan de verwachtingen
Pros:

Beste,

Ik werd gisteren verwelkomt door een alleraardigste Engelstalige jongedame.
Dat was heel aangenaam.
Ook werd er een upgrade aangeboden, heel servicegericht.

De kamer was wat benauwend, daar er geen openslaande ramen waren en de airconditioning niet lager kon dan 19 graden.
Maar de kamer voldeed zeker aan de verwachtingen, ook de badkamer.

Dit was mijn eerste bezoek aan dit hotel, en wellicht ook niet de laatste keer.
Wellicht is er dan ook een keuze voor een wat ruimere kamer aan de orde.

Het ontbijt was ook heel goed verzorgd, het ontbrak mij dan ook aan niets.

De uitcheck was bij dezelfde aardige, Engelstalige jongedame.
