Comfortable bed and quiet room
The check in is a bit annoying, a lot of data entry on screens which you’ve already provided in booking the room in the first place

Var litt vanskelig å finne fram - skulle kanskje hatt noen flagg stenger, slik at du så bedre at her er et hotel og noen litt store skilt.

täglich gag es 3 Sorten Wurst und 3 Sorten Käse. Jeden Tag das gleiche!! Das war sein Geld nicht wert.
Wir mußten beim Check-in 250,- Euro Kaution bezahlen. Leider hat unsere Karte nicht funktioniert. Deshalb mußten wir die Summe bar bezahlen. Sonst wäre ein Check-in nicht möglich gewesen. Bei der Abreise wurde uns die Kaution nicht erstattet. Auf telefonische Nachfrage wird behauptet, dass von uns nichts bezahlt wurde und das im Hotel grundsätzlich keine Kaution zu bezahlen wäre! Wir bitten um Klärung und Erstattung der 250,-€ Kaution.
Bed, quietness of room
There were no room keys at all in the hotel. A staff member had to let you in. Then left.
I checked in, paid, then was told there was no room. Despite telling staff had been allocated a room, they advised hotel was overbooked by booking.com. couldn't do anything about it. I was to reclaim it from booking.com and find other accommodation. Had to argue and show her the whatsapp room text number and get her to physically check who was allocated the room - which was me. Totally awful. Couldn't leave room to get back in as no keys. Luke being allocated a prison cell.
Very good bed, good pillows, big and clean room, good air-co.
