Very smart hotel with delightful staff and delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast choice and quality, Lovely big room with a great view, hot showers and comfy beds. Reception gave us a kettle to make tea and plenty of fresh milk when we asked.

Cons:

Because it was out of season the pools weren't open but it would have been nice if they were as we would have liked to have had a swim.

Δείπνο , πολύ προσεγμένο καί εύγευστο
φαγητό.

Cons:

Αυτό που νομίζω ότι χρειάζεται είναι
ένα καθρέφτη στο δωμάτιο.
Υπάρχει μόνο στο μπάνιο.
Επίσης ένα βραστηρα για τσάι.
Υπάρχει μόνο καφετιέρα.

Heerlijk verblijf op korte afstand van het museum, de binnenstad en de haven.
Pros:

De persoonlijke benadering/verzorging van Maria “Captain” en het vriendelijke (vooral het vrouwelijk) personeel tijdens het uitstekende ontbijt was hartverwarmend.
Ook de gastheer begroette ons altijd uitermate vriendelijk in de hal en was heel attent en bereidwillig ons te helpen.
Dus ondanks dat het een groot hotel is werden we door veel verschillend personeel heel persoonlijk benaderd.

Would definitely return 100 percent as it met all our expectations.
Pros:

breakfast made a world of difference to our stay in Heraklion. It was all we could ask for. Great buffet with fresh ingredients and helpful staff! The restaurant also provided dinner. Please order the slow cooked lamb as it was the best lamb I've ever tasted.

Cons:

eggs ran out too soon and weren't enough for the buffet and weren't replenished, very minor detail as there was ample other food.

Το παιδί στη reception ήταν ευγενικότατο και μας παρείχε ότι ενημέρωση χρειαζόμασταν. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και με πολύ ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι. Επίσης μας έκαναν upgrade το δωμάτιο χωρίς να πληρώσουμε έξτρα χρήματα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
