The Cloud 9 restaurant

Cons:

Location was in what seems like a questionable neighborhood. The power went off a few times on my fist night there. I was told it was a municipal power issue, but I saw staff looking into the mechanical room, so I don’t know.

Cons:

Not quite as polished as the pictures would have you believe. Somewhat dated inside. The pool was completely overrun with no shade so if you’re booking just for that maybe look elsewhere.

Bello il rooftop con piscina (anche se è piccola, in alta stagione c'è troppa gente) dove si può fare colazione (molto buona). Bella la vista sull’acropoli. Fermata della metro vicinissima, 20 minuti a piedi per il centro, ma la zona è veramente brutta (e forse anche un po' pericolosa..)

Camera piccola, con poco spazio guardaroba, leggermente rumorosa.

We enjoyed our stay there, the area is not pretty, but is only a few minutes walk to the center.
Pros:

Breakfast was good,rooftop location of restaurant is the best point of the hotel. Bathroom is also good especially the shower. The room overlooks a busy square with roundabout so I expected traffic noise , but there was none when windows are closed noise is completely eliminated.

Cons:

Room. Closet space is very small, no drawers only three hangers, not enough space so clothes are piled up one on top of another….for overnight maybe ok, but for nine days it was a mess.

It is good overall.
Pros:

We like the selection of the breakfast. Only problem we had was for 2 consecutive days, the 3 coffee machines were broken and was not able to be repaired at the time we are having our breakfast and we didnt have the time to wait it out as we have excursion schedule and would not want to be late. Otherwise, the breakfast is great.

Cons:

If they can have back up coffee dispensers as the fancy coffee makers were not working properly and it had to happen all at the same time during breakfast.

Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden 🙂
Pros:

Der Rooftop Pool ist sehr schön, aber es ist wirklich sehr viel los und man kann froh sein wenn man eine Liege bekommt. Das Restaurant und das Essen war toll. Sehr freundliche Angestellte im Restaurant, sowie auch an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gereinigt & man bekommt täglich frische Handtücher und mindestens zwei Flaschen Wasser.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat mich etwas enttäuscht, bei meiner Buchung habe ich nicht wahrgenommen dass es verschiedene Frühstücksangebote gibt, auf jeden Fall durften wir "nur" im 1.Stock frühstücken, das Frühstück im Rooftop Restaurant war nur mit Aufpreis (10€) möglich, die Auswahl war eher mager & keine Vielfalt, sogar Obst gab es hauptsächlich aus der Dose, sehr sauber war es leider auch nicht am Buffetbereich. Das Zimmer war ok, wir hatten leider eine Baustelle direkt über unserem Zimmer, also untertags konnten wir definitiv nicht im Zimmer entspannen. Die U-Bahn Station und auch eine Haltestelle vom Hop on Hop Off Bus ist direkt vor dem Hotel, also ist alles super schnell erreichbar.

roof top restaurant was a very bad experience, despite it wasnt busy, waited for a salad for 1 hour, reminded several times, and nobody seemd to care about it, also its not allowed to order from outside, you may end up hungry there all day long
