Pros:

離老街跟跟港口很近
交通很方便

Cons:

冷氣實在太冷，
用最小的風速還是很冷，關掉又太悶
之前窗戶還可以打開通風，現在鎖死了
隔音不好，剛好遇到廟會住在高樓層還是很吵
