Pros:

Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail.
Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling.

Pros:

此次住六人房，房間很寬敞，床非常的軟，個人睡得很不習慣。
浴室的水要流5-10分鐘才會有熱水，有點不方便。（可能是天氣太冷的關係吧？）

民宿老闆親切，早餐很豐盛。
唯一缺點是山上便利度不足，需要開車下山吃飯與到超商採買。

老闆好客早餐好吃但住宿環境較一般
Pros:

老闆非常好客熱情為這次的住宿加分很多。然而這畢竟是民宿，跟飯店的設施品質還是差距很大，要住宿的話要有心理準備。尤其廁所比較老舊也沒有乾濕分離和免治馬桶，電視台台數也不多，傢俱陳設也簡單。

我們住的這邊是側館輕隔間隔音也較差，但好處是有暖氣，本館雖隔音較好但沒暖氣，此外老闆有養兩隻貓和一些腳踏車供親子家庭使用，早餐也好吃。

Pros:

老闆很客氣很好客，房間小巧但很乾淨，早餐很美味又健康，除了超多的藏書可以看，還有提供很多台腳踏車給小朋友騎，不過，小朋友的遊戲區沒有整理，沒辦法玩，有點可惜!!!

這次住宿的軆驗很棒，老闆相當熱心提醒許多事情，房間很大很舒適，最驚喜的是晚上在旁邊就可以看到好多螢火蟲，一定會再來光顧！
