Hotel velmi pěkný, tichý a na velmi dobrém místě, blízko kolonády.
Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá, každý si mohl vybrat z velmi bohaté nabídky. Obsluha v jídelně byla milá a snaživá. Pokud něco chybělo, obratem bylo doplněno.

Cons:

Jediné, co nevyhovovalo, byly malé prostory jídelny. Při plném obsazení hotelu si nebylo kam sednout :-( a čekací doba na uvolněné místo byla dlouhá.

Pros:

Kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage um Karlsbad zu Fuß zu erkunden. Parkplätze direkt nebenan für 20€ pro Nacht. Ist zwar teuer aber das Parken ist sehr anstrengend in der Stadt und es werden sehr viele Knöllchen verteilt. So kann das Auto beruhigt dort stehen bleiben. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach gehalten aber sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht - für den günstigen Preis kann man halt kein Luxus Hotel erwarten. Wir waren eh die ganzen Tage unterwegs und nur zum Schlafen dort. Das Frühstück war okay, von allem etwas dabei und es wurde immer reichlich aufgefüllt. Nur der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein, wenn alle Gäste essen möchten aber das hat sich auch gefügt. Karlsbad ist ein zauberhaftes Städtchen und ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die Lage und der Preis sind unschlagbar.

Мы с мужем были первый раз в Карловых Варах, и остались очень довольны. Замечательный отель, комфортный, чистый, достаточно большой номер. В номере душевая кабина, большая ванная, биде, холодильник, телевизор, сейф, кондиционер , хорошая удобная кровать. Было чисто, тепло и уютно. Чайник по надобности брали на рецепции .На рецепции нас встретила очень приветливая сотрудница отеля, рассказала и объяснила что где находится, куда можно сходить. Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные. Стоянка для автомобилей рядом с отелем, немного не оборудованная, но мы учли предыдущие комментарии, и все было хорошо. В любом случае, мы не переживали за свое авто. Гостиница находится в очень удобном месте, от нее идёшь в любом направлении, и снова возвращаешься в центр. Из окна, конечно, мало что видно, но мы в окнах не сидели, целый день гуляли по городу. В целом, всем довольны, отель рекомендуем, если будет возможность, будем приезжать.

Decent hotel for the price
Pros:

Breakfast was good but limited variety. There were several days where there were not enough people staying at the hotel to offer breakfast, but they did direct us to a neighboring hotel in those days, which actually had more selection. Location was excellent. Room was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Cable TV was limited on what channels you could get and there was no guide as to what channels actually worked. Fortunately, we brought a Fire TV stick so we could watch TV on that. Wi-Fi was slow but functional. Parking was very expensive and we ended up parking in a free lot about a 20-minute hike from the hotel.
