Good stay
Pros:

Room was spacious, even if with odd proportions: one bathroom had a sort of gigantic hall, the space could have been used better. Bed were very comfortable, and so where the added bed we asked to accomodate one of our kids. The time spent at the hotel was lovely, and we're absolutely happy to return the next time we pass through Kaiseri.

Cons:

Low personal hygiene of the guys who brought the extra bed into our room. Had to keep windows open for twenty minutes after their passage. I'm sure it's an unfortunate event, but at the same time, it was decently unplesant.

Despite selecting a non-smoking room during booking, we were given a smoking room without our knowledge or consent. When we objected, the front desk employee offered the nonsense excuse that “the hotel was full and people were smoking even in the non-smoking rooms.” We were forced to spend the first night of our four-night reservation in a room where even the pillows reeked of cigarette smoke, and our room was only changed later. It would not have been changed if we had not spoken up.

Шумоизоляция между номером и коридором отсутствует, проходящие мимо номера разговоры слышно как будто дверь открыта)
Маленький спа, бассейна нет
Один из двух лифтов перестал работать и в течении двух дней так и не стал
Месторасположение - далеко от всего

Pros:

Es hat mir recht gut gefallen würde es weiter empfehlen. Bettwäsche und Tücher waren immer frisch und sauber. Zimmerservice essen war auch ideal und Menü recht günstig. Sortiment kann erweitert werden.

Ein Spielraum wäre optimal.
