Goed verblijf met een uitstekend ontbijt, maar de kamers zijn aan vernieuwing toe.
Pros:

Uitstekend ontbijt, mooie lobby en voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Verouderde inrichting van de kamers en de minder aantrekkelijke ligging van het hotel (naast een vuilstort met een grote herdershond)

The room service was not functioning properly. It took me around 30 minutes to order a bottle, going back and forth between reception and the restaurant. In the end, none of my choices from the menu were available, and I had to accept an alternative that was proposed to me.
At check-out, I was then charged a relatively high price for the bottle, which I found disappointing given the circumstances.

Pretty clean, nice big rooms.

Cons:

This is a four stars hotel,as it is written on the hotel's door so I have no idea why it is presented as a 5 stars on booking. com.
During our stay the hotel was hosting some sport teams and there was a lot of noise on the corridors up to 1 am for three days in a row.

Good stay
Pros:

Room was spacious, even if with odd proportions: one bathroom had a sort of gigantic hall, the space could have been used better. Bed were very comfortable, and so where the added bed we asked to accomodate one of our kids. The time spent at the hotel was lovely, and we're absolutely happy to return the next time we pass through Kaiseri.

Cons:

Low personal hygiene of the guys who brought the extra bed into our room. Had to keep windows open for twenty minutes after their passage. I'm sure it's an unfortunate event, but at the same time, it was decently unplesant.
