Excellent rapport qualité prix et emplacement judicieux centre ville et proximité de l'aéroport.
Pros:

Une très bonne literie qui permets une excellente nuit.
Une salle de bain confortable avec une douche spacieuse.
le buffet du petit déjeuné est magnifique avec un très grand choix.
Le tram juste en face pour aller au centre ville est juste ce qu'il faut.

Cons:

Pour ma part je ne vois rien à ajouter.
J'ai trouvé tous ce qu'il me fallait pour mon séjour.
Peut-être mettre un double de plus pour les serviette de bain serait un plus confortable.

Nice spot
Pros:

Nice spot, not far from the Wawel castle, but a bit of a walk to the centre (however the cat cafes are worth it), another nice thing - promenade is a nice spot to rest at and walk around. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to use their parking (with fee), though with small car much easier to park. Overall it was a nice place, and staff were friendly.

Quite good option if you need hotel in citycenter
Pros:

Location is great if you are travel to/from airport, but not easy to reach if you need the cental railway station. 5 min walk to castle, there is shop, coffee bar in 2-3 min. Workers are amazing

Cons:

Not so clean as expected, quite loude if your room has window to main entrance side, air conditioning might be better

Excellent Location for the Congress and a Very Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for me. I was attending a congress, and the venue was right across the street from the hotel, so commuting took no time at all.

On the other hand, the room was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and I slept great every night.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that a bit of light seeps through the curtains when it starts to dawn. If you are quite sensitive to light, it might bother you a little bit. However, since I had to wake up early every day anyway, it didn't really affect my stay.
