Pros:

Hotellin sijainti on loistava. Hotelli on sisäpihalla, joten aika rauhallinen paikka. Ilmastointi puuttuu huoneista, joten kuumina aikoina huoneissa voi olla tukala olla. Aamupala oli ihan ok.

Отличный отель, все в шаговой доступности, чисто и уютно, отзывчивый персонал, питьевая вода в кулерах - очень удобно, автомат с вкусным и недорогим кофе внизу, по запросу дали халат и чайный набор в номер, имеется холодильник в номере и большой холодильник с морозилкой в отеле где можно хранить свои продукты.
Всем остались довольны. Рекомендуем на все 100%!

Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Meidän huoneet oli ylimmässä kerroksessa jossa oli vain kattoikkuna. Tämä toki tiedettiin jo etukäteen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotellin yhteydessä oli todella kiva georgialainen ravintola.

Pros:

Standard rommene er veldig små, så vi måtte oppgradere. Badene er også veldig små. Men servicen var bra. Frokost var ok.

Pros:

I had very unpleasant check in experience. By reservation department I was informed that I can pre-book early check in and pay for it or get it up to availability after arriving to the hotel. Month ago I got it without any problem. This time reception was refusing to give me it and wanted to charge me for that saying that it is a hotel policy. Feeling like there are unclear standards where employees doing what they want. I feel like I can’t trust this hotel service at all and most likely will not book it again.
Otherwise clean hotel.

Красивый отель в красивом месте.
Pros:

У нас был забронирован смарт-номер, дали номер с мансардой. Этот номер не очень удобный, около окна приходится ходить согнутым, рискуя ударится о скос стены с окном. Сам номер чистый, красивый, есть тапочки, шампунь с мылом, кровати удобные, полотенца/пост. белье чистое и новое. Окна выходят в дворик, шума с улицы нет. Звукоизоляция обычная, если соседи нормальные, то не мешают. Были в феврале, очень теплый номер, даже батареи выключали. Отель красиво оформлен, в нем приятно находится, на стенах репродукции картин, все подписанные, на полу красивое покрытие. Есть лифт, рядом вход в ресторан, вечером в четверг был почти целиком заполнен. Завтраки не брали, но для желающих есть. Прекрасное расположение, реально два шага от автобусной остановки и станции метро Невский проспект. Для Питера это правда здорово, так как к вечеру уже без ног приходишь. Будет возможность, с радостью остановимся в следующий раз.

Place is very clean, people working at reception really helpful, friendly, let us check in few hours before our official check in! Rooms a little small, walls not so thicl, but its outside of main road.
They have shampoos, body washes, even slippers, hot n cold water, hotel is huge n beautiful, really happy. Also hotel in superb position

Pros:

建物の奥まったところがホテルになっているのでタクシーでフロントに横付け、というのはできない。エクスペディアでタクシーの送迎を頼もうとしたがホテルが該当せず、やむなく別のサイトで申し込みました。
不満というわけではなく、不思議だったのは申し込んだのはパノラミックツインだったのだが窓は天窓のみだった。確かに最上階ではあるのだが・・・。
あと枕銭が２晩連続で手つかずだったのも不思議です。ただしベッドメイクはちゃんとしていたと思います。

廊下に点在するウオーターサーバーは冷水・給湯あり、便利です。ただし水道です。
ちなみに最終日の朝に水道が出なくなりました。壊れたそうで、他の部屋の人も困っていました。自分たちは出発するだけだったので（妻はシャワーが使えず不機嫌でしたが）トイレ以外は苦労しませんでしたが他のお客さんはどうしたのか気になります・・・。
立地はいいのですが、もう一度泊まるかというと未確定です。

Happy with my stay
Pros:

A bit quirky, I had to transfer elevators to get to my floor, tight hallways, not suitable for wheelchairs. The staff was attentive. Rooms were small but very clean. Location was within walking distance of most attractions. Lots of tour groups went through so at certain times the staff was a bit overwhelmed.
