Месторасположение и ресторан на 5 этаже

Редко пишу отзывы, но в этот раз не написать не могу, может быть поможет кому-то НЕ выбрать этот вариант проживания и сэкономить свое время и нервы. Пришлось жить в 4 разных номерах на 3 этаже, потому что переселялся буквально каждый день из-за каких-то проблем. В номерах проблемы с кондиционерами, свет сам по себе то включается, то выключается, где-то нет горячей воды, текут потолки, воняет сыростью, плесень и довольно старая мебель. Большинство сотрудников вообще не проявляет никакого интереса к тому, чтобы что-то исправить/ помочь. Несколько раз обещали, что мне решат проблему через 5 минут, но никогда никто с первого раза не приходил. Приходилось снова идти, снова спрашивать и тогда уже приходили работники и что-то чинили, НО ничего так они и не починили, так как проблемы никуда не ушли. В особенности поразило, что в половине номеров просто включается и выключается сам по себе свет, соответственно есть большие проблемы с электричеством, поэтому мой вам совет - беречь себя и в данный отель приехать только на обед или ужин в хороший и видовой ресторан на крыше, но никак не жить там.

Camere un po’ datate. Se l’obbiettivo é andare al mare, la posizione non é il massimo, ma tutto sommato buono :)

Location is great. Beautiful lobby n first floor has a very nice look. Breakfast was good. It came included. I ve known this hotel for a while. Has great potential. Gym on top floor. Pool and a restaurant or bar? with nice views. On repeated visits the chaise lounges one specifically, was broken which makes the place look in disrepair.

A beautiful and relaxing stay with great service, a wonderful atmosphere, and everything we needed to enjoy Cancún.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We especially loved the atmosphere, the amenities, and the friendly and attentive staff. Everything felt comfortable and relaxing, and the location was perfect for enjoying Cancún.

Cons:

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. Overall, everything met our expectations and we had a very pleasant experience.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung

Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine Nacht ausgewählt, da sie fußläufig zum ADO Busterminal liegt. Unser Fokus lag daher auf Preis-Leistung und die war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht wirklich einstellbar, sodass es uns nachts zu kalt wurde und wir sie ausstellen mussten, dann wurde es schnell zu warm. Hotel eher hellhörig. Das Frühstück war sehr Basic und hätte besser schmecken können.

Pros:

It was simple, clean, spacious, really big bed. Breakfast was alright it was a small plate of fruit, some toast and eggs with bacon or ham and beans on the side. I stayed here because it's a 5 min walk to the ADO bus station (although across the roundabout so you have to walk across a few busy roads). The gym was basic but had enough equipment to do some weights and cardio.

Cons:

Nothing tbh.

No servía el inodoro, el aire acondicionada no enfriaba, solo estaba en funcionamiento un elevador y era poco eficiente, los cuarto pequeños, el estacionamiento súper chico

Das Frühstück war absolut bedürftigt. Wir hatten ein Buffet erwartet und erhileten nur Standard American Breakfast. Nichts besonderes. WIrkte alles lieblos und nicht vorbereitet für Gäste. Die Bilder auf der Webseite stellen absolut ein anderes Bild vom Hotel dar. FEnster in das Innere des Hotels.
