Que tengan una sola persona en recepción y una sola de mantenimiento porque es mas tardado la atención.
El control del aire acondicionado no funcionó por lo que estaba helada la habitación o caliente cuando lo desconectábamos.

Nos encantó, bonito diseño, amplio y muy cómodo.
Pros:

Es súper cómodo y limpio. Muy cerca de la estación de ADO lo cual nos facilitó nuestra conexión con el aeropuerto. Sin duda repetiremos.

Cons:

Wenn man das Hotel betritt, wirkt die Lobby zunächst sehr ansprechend. Sobald man jedoch die Zimmer sieht, ändert sich dieser Eindruck leider schnell.
Das Personal geht überhaupt nicht auf die Wünsche und Anliegen der Gäste ein. Auf Bitten oder Anfragen erhält man meist nur ein „Nein“. Beispielsweise war die Tür unseres Zimmers defekt. Trotz der Bitte um Reparatur wurde nichts unternommen. Auch als wir aufgrund einer frühen Abreise darum baten, das Frühstück etwas früher vorzubereiten, wurde dies direkt abgelehnt.
Beim Frühstück mussten wir unsere Bestellungen mehrfach wiederholen und teilweise mehrmals nach Brot fragen, bevor wir etwas bekamen. Die Dusche im Zimmer meines Freundes war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
Die Zimmer sind insgesamt stark abgewohnt und wirken heruntergekommen. Teilweise vermitteln sie eher den Eindruck einer einfachen Absteige als eines Hotels. Der einzige Vorteil ist die Nähe zum ADO-Busbahnhof.
Freiwillig würde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen und kann es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

o café da manhã não é incluso, tem que pagar a parte.

ótima localização! 7min de caminhada do terminal ADO, bem próximo ao Mercado 28, com bares, restaurantes e mercados.

quarto amplo e espaço, banheiro bom!

a maneira que as informações estão no Booking te induzem a pensar que o café da manhã é incluso, mas não é, você precisa pagar a parte. assim como a taxa de manutenção ambiental de 80 pesos.

o chuveiro não funcionou a água quente e travesseiro é um pouco duro. se tivesse café da manhã, o custo benefício seria ótimo, como não tem, isso deixa a desejar.

mas segue sendo uma boa opção confortável na região.
