Una pesadilla, no volvería

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a la habitación y quería usar el wc tenía excremento en la parte de afuera. Nos cambiaron la habitación y el la mañana cuando nos íbamos a duchar todo el cuarto de baño estaba inundado el agua caía al wc y el agua ya se salía de la habitación. Nos regresaron a la primera habitación, y en la noche cuando veníamos llegando de cenar había dos huéspedes intentando abrir la habitación, les dije es nuestra habitación y el me enseño la tarjeta con el mismo número, o sea el recepcionista dio la habitación dos veces, cuando mi esposo lo fue a confrontar en lugar de disculparse, dijo que no era su culpa y fue la mismos persona que nos dio la habitación el primer día y la misma que nos envió a la habitación inundada.

La cama muy comoda

Cons:

La regadera se salia toda el agua y se revento la manguera del ban̈o, se tiro mucha agua en el piso y puse una toalla para no resvalarme mientras salia a hablar a recepcion. Si la arreglaron pero me regan̈o el sen̈or de recepcion por poner la toalla en el piso 🤪

La vista desde el restaurante!

Cons:

No me gustó la limpieza de la habitación olía mal! Además había una puerta conectada con la otra habitación sin seguro ni nada! La presión de la regadera muy mala y sin tanta agua además no había agua caliente.

Cons:

Organización de la recepción. Demoraron mucho en hacernos el check in y luego lo hicieron muy rápido tanto que no nos devolvieron los pasaportes y nos tocó volver a pedirlos.

La ubicación es increíble, el hotel se ve bastante moderno y las camas súper cómodas.

Cons:

El elevador se descomponía a cada rato y nos quedaba lejos de la habitación, había algo de olor a humedad y no limpiaron nuestra habitación en ningún momento.

Convenient for the bus terminal. Rooms were good size. AC worked very well.

Cons:

Staff generally were unhelpful, with the exception of the Starbucks coffee lady. Asking for directions, tour information etc was a waste of time.
