Localização é otima, ao lado do terminal de ônibus ADO, supermercado Soriana, restaurantes, transporte público, Uber, fácil acesso a zona hoteleira, Mercado 28, casa de câmbio.

O quarto bem arrumado e confortável, banheiro grande.

Cons:

A academia poderia ter mais equipamentos para utilização na polia como barra reta/curva, corda, triângulo, barra w etc.
E o café da manhã, sugiro alguns frios como queijos e uma maquina para tostar os pães.

The “pool” is about the same size as a bathtub beds were dirty staff was pretty rude water leaking from the sealing. Overall a pretty old place and uncomfortable old beds!..

Excelente ubicación a 2 cuadras terminal ADO fácil salida para cualquier lugar turístico . La habitación súper limpia grande muy cómoda . El desayuno súper delicioso variado cada día con todas las opciones disponibles . La atención de todos fue excelente . Recomendadisimo

Ótimo custo benefício para movimentações
Pros:

Localização muito próxima do terminal rodoviário pra quem vai utilizar ônibus para conhecer outras cidades. O restaurante do hotel "El Ballenitas" é excelente (atendimento e pratos bem servidos).

在我订的双人间房型当晚还空着7间的情况下，给我安排了位置最差的一间（最低楼层，离电梯最远），导致我为了连WiFi、要吹风机等跑了好几趟远路，我问给我办理入住的前台为什么给我这个最差房间时，这名员工装作忙着做文件不理我

Entrei em contato e me informaram que eu poderia entrar às 14h, cheguei lá e só deixaram todo mundo entrar às 15h, me deram um quarto que quando cheguei lá estava todo bagunçado e não tinha sido limpo, me trocaram de quarto e me deram um que a porta não abria, posteriormente me trocaram e me deram um quarto que a priori não estava gelando bem (voltou a gelar no dia seguinte, informaram que era em todo o hotel) e o chuveiro elétrico não funcionava. O hotel é bom, tem tudo pra ser um ótimo hotel, bonito, mas falta muita manutenção, tem quarto que tem pouca iluminação, no café da manhã não tinha queijo e nem presunto, pedi uma fatia de queijo e chegaram a me cobrar na hora 10 reais por uma fatia.
