It was great! I stayed 4 nights then extended it to 5 and they gave a better room for my additional stay. It's so close the bus station ADO and there are several food options around if you walk to Palapas Park. The staff was cool and the place very neat, internet is amazing everywhere. There is a Starbucks on 1st floor, a restaurant and a bar, the rooftop is very cool if you are using the pool at night as it has a night club with live music. They stored my luggage after my check out for free. Definitely will come back.

Nice hotel and across from bus station

Hotel is very close to the ADO station and my room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Hotel is a good value for the price. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Very dim lighting in room , musty smell. Hot water takes long time to run

Location is central a few minutes walk to everything one would need especially the bus to and from airport ! Room large modern with a balcony, bed and bedding clean very comfortable huge washroom with rain shower.
Breakfast the highlight of the day!

Positives- Great location, car parking in the basement, daily cleaning of rooms and much less expensive than hotels in the Hotel zone. In restaurant Johan was very attentive and friendly..
Negatives - monotonous same breakfast every day of the week, we were fed up after one week.. One lift not working, so be prepared to wait; shower just a dribble and temperature control of water is same as flow of water making showering difficult. More three star than a four star hotel
Overall, for a budget accommodation, good choice close to centre of Cancun, and we would recommend it.

Quick one night stay not too far (about 25 minutes) to the airport with traffic. Perfect for a night where you don't need to be at the beaches, but need a room.

This is by far a scam. The service is very bad, breakfast is supposed to be opened until 11 and at 9 all is over and they only excuse about that. My breakfast was not included and I was escorted to the front desk to pay like a thief before having breakfast. First time I’m treat like this in all my travel experience, which I have a lot.
Rooms are noisy, and you get charged to leave the luggage in the reception.
Not even in a hostal!

Genuinely a bad experience, you get what you for: no hot water on New Year’s Eve; rooms not being made even after we repeatedly requested it; dreadful breakfast still at a full price; denied access to hotel rooftop bar as a private function was being held there and finally rude staff that clearly felt no connection to the hotel and so no incentive to try and fix issues if they came up, instead, directing annoyance at you for reporting issues.

A textbook corporate hotel run to profit maximise- on paper has sufficiently good facilities, but in reality none of it is maintained and corners are cut everywhere.

The service was great, the only problem with this hotel is that it seems like they are on low budget, many stuff must to be fixed, we had very bad water pressure,and the ac wasn’t working properly, so it was hot in the room
