Gute Lage für Ausflüge, Wanderungen! Sehr gutes Essen!

Sehr freundliche Bedienung im Restaurant, sehr junges Team, das sehr gut eingespielt war! Extra
glutenfreies tolles Essen für mich! Beim Frühstück stand schon ein Körberl mit glutenfreiem Gebäck für mich bereit! Ich kann nur jedem mit Zöliakie dieses Hotel empfehlen!

Hatten Glück, war nicht so viel los...zumindest im Spa- und Wellnessbereich. Zimmer waren groß genug. Betten bequem.

Ein schönes Hotel - aber Achtung bei der Zimmerwahl

Das Personal ist ungemein freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen ist hervorragend und Spa Bereich ist durchaus ansprechend. Das Konzept des Hotels hat mich angesprochen. Ich liebe das Waldviertel und das Hotel ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, dementsprechend waren meine Erwartungen an das Zimmer. Ich dachte, dass das Zimmer dem entsprechen würde, wie dies auf der Homepage dargestellt wird. Bekommen habe ich ein Budget Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung. Da gab es weder eine Nachtischlampe noch einen gemütlichen Sessel. Das Badezimmer war OK. Das Zimmer selbst hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge aus den 70er Jahren. Dank der sehr netten Rezeptionistin habe ich zumindest eine Ikea Stehlampe bekommen, ansonsten hätte ich mit der grellen Deckenlampe das Auslangen finden müssen. Gemütlich und ansprechend ist etwas anderes. Schade, das hat meinen Aufenthalt doch etwas getrübt.
