El lugar está cerrado, no debería estar en la página, está fuera de servicio, pésima experiencia

Nunca me abrieron estuve afuera 1 hora

Orbitz posting says front desk open 24/7. Hotel closed when arrived. Chain on front door. Looked like no guests in hotel. No answer when phoned hotel no.

Estaba cerrada

llegue al hotel y estaba cerrado con candado ni siquiera pude quedarme ahi, pero lo peor es que ya me cobraron la noche. Trate de contractarlos varias veces y no tuve suerte, ni a traves de expedia. Pesimo servicio.

I arrived at the hotel yesterday evening to find the hotel closed. I tried to contact the number provided on your website however the number was engaged. The gentleman that lived next door to the hotel advised that the hotel is closed I asked my transfer to stay with me as I was trying to book another hotel asap. Then he told me that they are going another 25usd to transfer me to another hotel. Thankfully I was able to book a hotel around the corner. I have been trying to contact Expedia however you have made it so difficult to get in contact with you.

Al hacer la reservación para este lugar no comentaron que estaban enplena remodelación por lo que al llegar con todo maletas cargando, solo encontré polvo y hombres trabajando, sonidos de un trabajo en construcción y en ningún momento al hacer la reservación se me informo que esa era la situación actual del inmueble.

Súper mal servicio nada que ver con lo que prometen primero no cerraba la puerta y tenía que dejar abierto el cuarto, no servía la tele y no te querían cambiar el cuarto

Sin elevador, sin servicio de Internet, sin agua caliente en la habitación, sin contactos que funcionan adecuadamente, el personal de recepción estaba dormido a la hora de hacer el check Out

No es la habitación que vi en la aplicación, la habitación no tenía llave para cerrar solo era puerta corrediza y sin seguro, las puertas en mal estado la cama no es la que está anunciada

It was a good experience overall

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Not an easy access for taxi and reception don’t speak “as they say” English. The door of the bathroom was damage on the bottom, I hear noisy early morning and late at night their voice echoing and I can hear it in my room all the time. One time we left the air conditioning on because in the afternoon we want our room when we return to be hot and then without notice they opened our room turn off the light without our permission. Checking out was no help and the shower head and faucet has rust. No shampoo,conditioner,body soap, hot water to drink. Be ready for the worst experience. Checking out we rang the bell but No one came out and help us to get a taxi and promise that they would. Really sad experience.

The place was great in a nice central location.

I only stayed from late evening to early morning so I didn't get out to walk around much. The room was excellent! It's weird how the salt made the bathroom faucet and soap dish look horrible in the otherwise immaculate room.

Great location for me, many restaurants and sights and bus close by.

No toilet paper i have to ask for it, dirty room, very hard to open the door with the key,dirty towels, a lot spider webs, area it’s not to safety after 8:00 at night.
