Hersey mukemmeldi. Odalar temiz ve sicak. Ozellikle restorant bölümünde çalışan tüm personellee ilgili ve guleryuzlu. Konum olarak ohrid merkeze 10 dk ve gole sıfır konumunda. Çalısanlar Turkce ingilizce bilmektedir.

Cons:

Restorant bolumunde sigara icilmiyor. Cocuklu aile olduğum icin biraz zorlandik.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν αυτό που περιμέναμε . Άνετο καθαρό και οργανωμένο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το εστιατόριο ήταν πολύ καλό με νόστιμο φαγητό και καλές τιμές για αυτό που προσέφερε. Ίσως το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να έχει πιο πολλές επιλογές . Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή μόλις 15 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης ακριβώς δίπλα στη λίμνη

Pros:

Das Zimmer (Zürich) war komfortabel, die Aussicht schön.
Die Minibar war nicht bestückt und es gab auch keinen Kaffee/Tee

Cons:

Der Empfang war kühl, das Personal so gut wie nie vor Ort. Das Restaurant war immer sehr gut besucht, dadurch war es natürlich sehr laut. Im Sommer wären Abends offene Fenster nicht möglich.
Das Frühstück haben im Restaurant eingenommen, es wurde überall geraucht. Als Nichtraucher und für Kinder absolut inakzeptabel.
