Kilátás szuper. Saját strand ital kiszolgálással. Tágas szép apartman, tiszta szobák. Kedves személyzet. Bőséges reggeli.

A szobákban az ásványvízhez nem voltak poharak, ez jó lett volna. Az egyik szobában lévő televízión nem volt nézhető adás, és nem volt a távirányítóban elem.

Pros:

La habitación Zurich fenomenal, es una habitación de cama doble grande con grandes ventanales vista al lago y otra habitación de dos camas con salida al balcon. Un baño completo pero con muy poca luz
Las camas cómodas
Solo hay que cruzar la carretera y está la playa privada del hotel con hamacas de madera
El rte Vila Europa que está en el bajo del hotel tiene buena comida a buen precio
Los camareros son amables
Por las noches hay que reservar por qué se llena de clientes pronto
El desayuno muy completo y bueno (nosotros lo teníamos incluido en la tarifa)

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento y limpieza
La habitación zurich esta un segundo piso sin ascensor
La recepción está al lado de la cocina y tienen siempre la puerta abierta por lo que sale un olor a pescado continuamente y ese olor ya lo percibes desde la entrada al hotel y todas las escaleras de acceso a las habitaciones y es desagrable la verdad.
Las amigas de la recepcionista de la mañana, que estaban una tarde en las hamacas del hotel, creo que no les gustan los turistas, tuvieron un detalle muy feo cuando llegamos a la hamaca que queríamos ponernos, ya que mis hijos estaban en la de al lado, ellas estaban en unas hamacas y al intentar ponernos delante rápidamente y en nuestra cara, una puso rápidamente una toalla para que no nos sentáramos allí
La recepcionista estaba allí y no dijo absolutamente nada, nos pareció un gesto feo

Pros:

Frukosten var mycket bra. Hotellet ligger på lagom promenadavstånd till centrum. Bra solstolar nere vid sjön.

Åt middag en dag och den var oerhört god.

Kort transfer från Ohrid flygplats.

Cons:

Synd att där är en ganska vältrafikerad gata mellan hotellet och stranden, för familjer med mindre barn kan detta kännas osäkert eftersom där inte fanns något tydligt övergångsställe.

Väldigt mycket gatuhundar.
