Llegamos al comedor para el desayuno tipo 8:30 am, estaba un huesped desayunando y seguiamos nosotros con mi pareja, posteriormente llegó un grupo de 8 personas, otra pareja y ellos fueron atendidos antes que nosotros, en fin, nos ignoraron para atendernos lo que nos obligo a levantar la mano tal cual restaurante para que nos atendieran, posterior a ello nos sirvieron el desayuno y como inexplicablemente no habia fruta a muchos les dieron gelatina, la respuesta de ellas es que se acabó, no me parece esa respuesta ya que deben contemplar los insumos de acuerdo al numero de huespedes, al final nos dieron la gelatina, ya estabamos terminando y le ocurrió lo mismo a otra pareja, los estaban ignorando; aclaro que no fue la señora de servicio que fue a apoyar fue la señora encargada del comedor, no me parece que esta persona quiseiera prestar una buena atención, favor evlauar que quieren ofrecer para asi mismo contar con las personas idoneas, muchas gracias!.

Cumple las expectativas
Pros:

La ubicación esta muy bien, es fácil llegar al Transmi e ir a cualquier lado, a demás a un par de calles hay varios restaurantes en donde puedes comer rico y a buen precio. El hotel es cómodo y cubre las expectativas, el personal muy amable

Cons:

No se si esto aplique en todo los hoteles, pero no había toallas para secarse las manos y tampoco la toalla de piso para la regadera.
