“I made a reservation with Booking in which I booked two rooms, which, when I arrived at the hotel, only one showed up. I made the complaint to Booking, I made the complaint to the hotel, and I paid for two rooms, and they only gave me one. No one gave me an answer—neither the hotel nor Booking. I am truly very disappointed. The person who assisted me at the front desk had no professional ethics to resolve my problem. I honestly don’t plan on booking again through Booking nor returning to that hotel.”

Worst place I have ever stayed! Front desk needs better training and much better customer service skills.

Close to where we wanted to be during our stay

Cons:

Front desk at check in was very rude. Charged me when I already told her I had paid for my room. Actually argued I didn’t pay already and I even had to pull up my bank account to show it had already been paid. Charges do not show immediately but the fees she took out were immediately and were not returned immediately. Caused me a lot of issues because being double charged meant no money for planned food while there. I had to wait for the money to be returned to my card. We had no money for food as we had planned this trip on a budget.

It was a great stay and price value!
Pros:

The location was awesome .

Cons:

The staff one night wouldn’t let me in my room said he didn’t know if it was me. I accidentally got locked out. Was frustrating.

Everything was good accept the bathroom. Could be more professional. Seemed ghetto for the price.
Pros:

The property was in a good spot! Beds are comfy and clean for the most part.

Cons:

Shower head was awful. The water was going everywhere. Unprofessional clean. Hair all in shower floor.

The location was right in the center of everything I needed. The facility's where clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly

Cons:

Our bathroom did not have a vent fan. When the shower was ran, all of the steam was built up in the bathroom with no ventilation.

Pros:

Localização… Lake Buena Vista é sempre uma região maravilhosa para ficar.

Cons:

Quarto pequeno, com a cozinha praticamente ao lado da cama…. A “mesa de refeição” é a escrivaninha….
Não era o que procurávamos e nem o que tínhamos entendido ser oferecido pelas fotos do Booking. Pedimos para cancelaram nossa estadia por conta destas questões, foi sofrido mas, com a segunda funcionaria que chegou depois na recepção, conseguimos… mas até hoje, 7 dias depois, não foi feito o estorno no meu cartão de credito! Enfim, dificil!
