Location was good, not far from the highstreet and train station.
Staff were friendly.
Had to be moved to another room after i alerted them that there was no hot water pressure, so was unable to have a bath or shower.
The room me and my partner were moved to was bigger and we assumed to be better until we got back from a night out to find the bathroom had a horrible damp musky smell. The carpet just outside the bathroom door was also damp. We were checking out the next morning so just went to sleep and left first thing.
I never expected the inside of the hotel was very clean and lovely and very neat. My room was so lovely the view was wat i wld always think about always.
Time the hotel closes dere door
Reception staff were pleasant &friendly. Breakfast was continental, room was OK and dated.
Hotel was a disappointment , no restaurant in the evening which was advertised on the website ,no atmosphere and noisey sounds at night, Shower could be better .Outlook from the hotel disappointing untidy.
Good location
Nightmare to find car park
It was ok for one night
The food was disgusting! And not worth the long wait !
Beds were very comfortable.
They have stopped doing the cooked breakfast which was one of the main reasons we chose them.
Very good location for where we wanted to be.
The carpets in public areas very tired looking.
Close to Chatham Train station and local buses were easy to find and navigate for the interview venue off Gladstone Road. I like the room, it was spacious and clean, pleasant and very helpful staff.
In the dining area for breakfast, it was continental- the first drinking mug I picked up was dirty. There were hard croissants, there was no fruit, the tables were not clean and neither was the cutlery.
Awful parking as you had to go round side roads to get to carpark. Then up about 30 steep steps to hotel. Room appears clean but tv didnt work and no heating. Reception said heating was on a timer but it didnt come on at any time. Was supplied a small fan heater which I had on the whole time. Got moved rooms as tv not working. Got asked how long it would take for us to swap rooms and they took the first rooms keys before we had moved. Bed very uncomfortable and breakfast is toast cereal and different pastries . We were going to a wedding but had to be back before 12am as they lock up then. Was full of people who looked like they lived there.would recommend paying a little extra and staying somewhere else as although room was clean if you didnt look too closely it wasnt worth the money .
Zeer mager ontbijt.
The bed was comfty
The reception staff was rude on arrival... had random ppl knocking on our door early hours of the morning thinking it was their room due to then been drunk... ppl abive us was banging and been loud so didn't sleep much. couldn't play the pool as table cloth had a Rip in it. We went down for breakfast to find the was no full English milk was out of date and off so couldn't have creal or a hot drink... all morning from early on their was banging and drilling.. the food menu for a hotel is really expensive as well as drinks... we couldn't shower as plug didn't fit the bath and the shower was either to hot or cold as we couldn't regulate it all heard was the lift making noise as well off and on through the night the radiator didn't work so our room was cold.. when asked members of staff got told to stop complaining and go back to the room.
