At der var rent og pænt
At vores nabo larmede hele natten.
Nothing
Everything
Our room wss nice
We had to change room due to fulty shower.
Two single mattresses we're fitted onto our double bed.
Was uncomfortable.
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at
Chatham is crack head central.Really horrible place
Staff were nice
Breakfast was horrible. No cooked food
Quiet room from out side traffic
Shower was good.
Room was cold and you hear people in tje room above walking around and closing doors.
The view from our room.
Noise from next door room, sound insulation is a big issue, then someone ran a tap and left running other side, we had to call up the night manager as it was impossible to sleep. Then the fan next door did not turn off, so we had to call manager back to switch it off. Bar area is depressing and continental breakfast was awful. Would be pushed to stay again.
The only good part was the location
The rooms vere very dirty there was dust everywhere. I asked for water to boil in kettle the staff told me to use bathroom tap water🤮 that its "oksy and safe to use bathroom water" there was one toilet roll and it was full if dust the bathroom had metals in which was old crusty and metalic smell.Everything was just so bad the breakfast u had to go and make it yourself has to serve our self.
Great location, very convenient for exploring Rochester
Really friendly and helpful staff who made the stay feel welcoming
Spacious, clean, and comfortable room
Nice touch having plant-based milk available at breakfast
What could be improved:
Breakfast was quite basic (tea, coffee, and cereal only)
The room wasn’t serviced during my two-day stay
The location is good. The room was fine.
The breakfast was very poor
Absolutely nothing
Run down and dirty carpets
No cooked breakfast as advertised on booking . Com
Poor quality so called continental breakfast!! Toilet seat kept coming off shower cold Bed was dirty and extremely uncomfortable
Couldn’t stand another night in hotel so checked out a day earlier!!!
Helpfulness of the Reception to allow for onsite disabled parking. The view from the room over the Medway was good.
The advertised inclusive "fabulous" breakfast was not available, which we were only told about by a sheet of paper outside the "Restaurant" on the lower Ground Floor. The breakfast offering was rock hard croissants, fruit juice and stewed coffee. No offering of a reduction in the room cost. Our booking included 10% off food and drink but they didn't serve food and they didn't give 10% off the drinks at the bar!
Cheap and simple, just about worth the price.
Double changed but that's booking.coms fault, getting the room was quite hard due to the double charge. Room was clean but under furnished, the bed was very firm, The toilets were like prison, just a room with a toilet, and sink no form of flooring, decoration or painted walls, like it wasn't finished. Also One single painting in the room.
