The breakfast was a letdown I’ve stayed at this hotel several times first time the breakfast was fantastic second time was ok but this time it was breakfast included and if you can call toast and a muffin continental.they can do better. The room was cold with the radiator not on when I asked about it they told me several different things eventually they gave me a fan heater which made the room very dry and hard to breathe. I will not book this hotel in the winter months again.
More choice for breakfast.and proper heating in the room. It’s a shame because I’ve always had good things to say about the hotel
The bed is very comfortable. Yhere are tea making facilities in the room. Walk-in shower. Fantasic view of the Medway.
The area to the lift is extremely damp and smells. The actual lift also smells damp. The carpet on tbe 4yh floor looks two tone in cour as if there is a damp problem which is a shame.
All went well and have rebooked
N/A as all well
Nothing
Breakfast
Great place
Great space, clean and very decent, car parking space.
The 24hrs access is great, allowing me to check in after midnight.
Central heating switched off at night although a separate free standing electric heater is provided.
To have heat on the room was very cold
Staff were on point with their customer service skills but also they have the decency to treat you as a human and not just a room number like you would get from say a certain 2 well known chain hotels providing nothing but a cheap bed qt 1am for a nice romantic night with the girl you just met an hour ago lol
The idiots above my room but that's not the hotels fault
Friendliness of the staff
It looks old
