Personnel très agréable, à l'écoute, réactif - Proximité campus fullerton- Petit déjeuner continental avec du choix - Qualité de la restauration le soir (rapport qualité/ prix) - Les équipements piscine / salle de sport - Coût parking modéré - Geste commercial suite à incident technique.

Cons:

Une offre de restauration pour repas midi pourrait-être appréciable - Prévoir des assises plus hautes pour la salle de restauration car certains fauteuils peu pratiques - Une salle de sport un peu plus grande avec plus d'équipements - Spa bain trop chaud (ajustement en fonction température extérieure)

Our room had the handicap features. But the Shower flooded big time, every shower, like the drainage level didn’t drain correctly. I think a design flaw.

Good location buy AC is loud. Not new hotel

Nice location next to CSUF. The inside is nice.

Cons:

The small full sized beds are uncomfortable and pillows are horrible. No bathroom fans! They charge for Parking! Expensive! I won’t be staying here again.

Very Comfy and Great Location!
Pros:

Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Shower was okay after they changed the shower head that was broken. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was just okey. I would have been mad if I had to pay the $25 for it, but we fortunately had comp coupons for it.
