Friendly staff, pet friendly for a fee (very expensive for just one night..), great breakfast

Overall the room was very nice

Cons:

The pillows did not allow me to get a good nights sleep. Cleaning staff walked in on me and my spouse twice during my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Better lighting in our room. The hotel is next to a university and people who choose to stay in such a location also tend to be people who like to read without squinting.

Above and Beyond
Pros:

Above and Beyond…When I checked in Jennifer asked me how I was doing. I had a pet pass earlier in the day and was clearly upset. During my stay The Marriott team made a special moment for me that I will always remember. Thank you Jennifer, Pablo, Sergio.

Great hotel and even better staff
Pros:

I’ve been staying here with my team every year for the last several years and someone who continues to leave an impression is Gabriel with the kitchen. He is always so kind, attentive, and always has a smile on his face. Having staff like this makes it exciting to come back every year!

The hotel was in a perfect location. All of the staff were very nice & helpful.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect since our family was there for a college graduation. The entire staff was very friendly & helpful. And, we were particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet! The food was delicious & there was a very nice variety. Additionally, the servers were super nice & really made sure you had everything you needed. They were really great with the morning coffee refills! Great service!

Cons:

I didn't like the $24 parking fee. And, the hotel could use some sound proofing. I stayed on the 2nd floor & it was really noisy.
