The aesthetics and how dated/ worn the bedding covers were. I couldn’t tell if it was cleaned properly. The locks needed to be more secure.

It was a decent stay for the 1 night we needed it.
Pros:

Loved the space! It was a huge room with plenty of space. The fridge was cold, the room was very clean amd had lots of towels and pillows.

Cons:

There was a off-putting smell in the hallway when you first walk into the building. The person/people above us were noisy the entire night.

This hotel was good for its location to our tournament and what we needed to access during our stay
Pros:

The location was great with access to main freeways. It was perfect for where we needed to be each day, along with access to shopping, grocery stores and a few restaurants. The room was also very spacious and had great ac. Even though there wasn't daily housekeeping unless we requested it, the housekeepers/staff were very kind and helpful when we had to ask for extra towels etc., during our stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The washing facilities weren't the best, as there was only one set and if there are other soccer players or sports participants that need to wash uniforms, it wasn't the most convenient for our situation. The rooms were fairly clean, but could have been cleaner. The cost of the stay ended up being more than the amount that was on the website when I booked it, which surprised me, but I wasn't able to get an answer as to why. The 3 vending machines were not working consistently, and selection in the one available was minimal and disappointing for our teenager and his late night snacks, ( So bring your own).

The property is way beyond its prime. Totally outdated and in dire need of a thorough update. Peeling wallpaper, repair holes in the ceiling patched by amateurs and not painted afterwards, lamps old and rusty, toilet seat loose, tile work after a leak repair looked terrible. Badly patched holes on all walls. So smelly that the housekeeping staff resorted to heavy scents to cover it up. Halls looked grimey. Outside maintenance left much to be desired. Typical case of a property owner trying to squeeze every dollar out of a stay at the expense of properly caring.

Nice room ruined by a moldy bathroom.

The room was reasonably clean.

Cons:

The room was "accessible" but not designed well. The bathroom has a zero entry shower. However, the floor of the bathroom slopes away from the drain. This causes the floor to flood when the shower is used. The hand shower doesn't have a holder that could be used by someone in a wheelchair. The bathroom smelled of mold and was always damp because of the poor design. Seems like a room that was converted rather than planned to be accessible. Fixing the slope of the bathroom floor and mitegating the mold would get a 5 star rating for the price
