Hår på duschväggar och på golvet i duschen, som om någon rakat en hund. Svarta hår i sängen. Väldigt ofräscht vilket vi direkt gick och berättade om för receptionen, som lovade ta detta med stöd direkt. När vi kom tillbaka efter 10 timmar var det fortfarande inte städat. Efter 4 dagars vistelser är det fortfarande inte städat! Under all kritik.
I övrigt kändes det som tiden stått stilla i vårt rum. Sunkigt, nergånget och skitit överlag. Lister som va helt lösa och kalkavlagringar.
Servicen va kass och man fick knappt ett hej på morgonen vid frukosten. Och när man efterfrågade smoothie som de satt fram skyltar kring på frukosten (4-5 olika) så fick man ”vet inte” som svar tillbaks när man frågade om det skulle komma nån smoothie. Den kom aldrig.
Kass upplevelse rakt igenom.
Det här ska va ett 4 stjärnigt hotell! Det är det inte! Knappt 1-2 stjärnor skulle vi säga.

Mkt dyr frukost, inte värt prngarna, personalen var lite frånvarande (tog lång tid att plocka undan lämnade bord på frukosten).

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Göteborg per 3 notti e mi sono trovato benissimo. La posizione è ottima, centrale e molto comoda, vicino alla stazione centrale.
La stanza era ampia, con un angolo salottino molto gradito. Ogni giorno la camera veniva sistemata con lo svuotamento dei cestini e il rifornimento del necessario.
L’ambiente era luminoso, con un bel finestrone e una buona vista, e i letti erano molto comodi.
Staff cortese e disponibile.
Consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei volentieri.

Utmärkt hotell med underbar personal och fantastisk frukost
Pros:

Personalen hade väldigt fint bemötande samt hjälpsamma. Allt från bokning till utcheckning gick smidigt. Frukosten var 10/10 med både laktos samt glutenfritt.
