Will not be staying there , had a service dog and approached 6 hours after check in about not having my dog when I email

The manager and staff where not polite when approaching me about my service dog, also made my fiancé feel like we where being targeted because we where the only ones with a service dog, also made me pay a deposit “animal deposit “ which is against the law !

Nice stay at CitizenM, North Station
Pros:

Modern furniture and fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. Calm and quiet. Very close to Big Night Live music venue and the North station.

Cons:

No cups or glasses in the room! Asked a house keeper who was kind enough to give me two plastic cups.

Great staff, clean room and great experience
Pros:

Extremely polite staff and the layout and design of the property was really nice.

Cons:

The only thing that I would have liked is a separate basic remote for the tv in the room. The iPad controlling everything in the room is very cool but the iPad had a few glitches with the tv. So a simple remote for the tv would have worked perfectly. But that is being very nitpicking the room all in all was very nice.

Great stay , different kind of hotel experience
Pros:

Great hotel . Close to everything downtown. Unique design of room . It is a bit strange having bed against window and crawling across the bed to get out .Having bathroom in main room with glass surround is different but we got used to it . Staff was very helpful and being next door to td garden was awesome.
