a great hotel in a great location, with a fantastic staff
Pros:

All the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great. Everything was clean and the living room with all the ammenities was cool.

Cons:

the weather, but that wasnt your fault :)

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

The welcome was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a canal view.
A mini bar stocked and free to use. In the afternoon there was a cheese trolley and drinks available. Each day was a different selection of treats.
We were able to store our luggage on the last day and they called us a taxi for our departure.

Todo en general, destacar el autoservicio de bebidas gratis a todas horas.Personal muy amable, ubicación perfecta, buen desayuno. Estancia muy agradable

Lovely Hotel in a Lovely City
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. The Room was very comfortable and quiet. Free drinks and sweets and snacks were available in the lobby, this included a full bar, coffee, water soft drinks. We were also provided a free taxi from the airport. Location was excellent as well.

Cons:

I honestly couldn't fault the hotel at all.
