An unforgetable stay and a boutique hotel I wholeheartedly recommend
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was outstanding from the staff, the decor, the comfy bed, the toileteries, the self serve bar, cheese trolley, snacks and absolutely fabulous breakfast.
It was also located very centrally and the lobby was a fantastic place to sit and relax. I highly recommend and would like to return.

Cons:

A minor thing but the lift was a little slow.

Superb, would definitely come back!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is a lovely building, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was delicious, with good gluten free options; I really liked the fresh eggs being made on show.

The hotel does not have a 4-star concept overall; the staff was sullen and unresponsive. The woman who prepared breakfast in the kitchen and said she had worked there for 28 years was very sweet and attentive. In the rooms, there was only one small bottle of water provided; the double bed was very uncomfortable and I think it was old because the middle part was higher while the sides had sunk in, and when I first opened the duvet, there was black hair on the pillow and similarly, there was long black hair on the bathrobe.. So overall, it wasn't a hotel worth the money we paid..

Great location, staff and services. I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Cocktails and wine available all the time with snacks in the PM. Comfortable living room area.

Der Service war unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Angebot all inklusive war hervorragend, eine tolle Auswahl an Getränken und ein wirklich gutes Frühstück mit allem was dazugehört. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber , gut ausgestattet und gemütlich

Cons:

Das empfohlene Parkhaus in der Nähe ist sehr beengt bei der ein und Ausfahrt. Die max Höhe von 170 cm ist kein Scherz. Wir kamen fast nicht wieder raus.

Pros:

Everything was exceptional all inclusive as said breakfast good breakfast staff excellent helpful and smiling like all other staff at the reception all very attentive and helpful excellent stay within the central area in a quite mood. If next time will stay at no place but Banks Mansion. All the bar everyday with different snacks minibar in the room all inclusive!
