Pros:

The staff were very polite, especially Sandra and her colleague in the breakfast section — they were truly exceptional.

Cons:

There was an issue regarding an unauthorized deduction from my bank account during my stay. Although the matter caused inconvenience and concern, the staff handled the situation professionally and were responsive in assisting me with the clarification process

It lived up to our expectations. We would come back.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. There was a good variety of foods to choose from. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the complimentary wine and cheese assortment in afternoon. There was ample seating and a good assortment of games to play if desired. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times.

Best hotel to stay if you are looking for value for money and hospitality
Pros:

Exceptional hospitality, free wine after 4 PM is the best offer I have seen across Europe, clean rooms, courteous staff, great central location

Perfect hotel for a weekend away, great location and the staff were superb
Pros:

The whole experience was superb. The staff were so accommodating/ went above and beyond. Communication was great before arrival and they organised for the room to be decorated for my partners birthday.
The room was lovely, a good size, we had the view of the canal and everything was 5*.
They were great on arrival, so welcoming and kept making sure they added anything they could to make the weekend special.
