Perfect hotel for a weekend away, great location and the staff were superb
Pros:

The whole experience was superb. The staff were so accommodating/ went above and beyond. Communication was great before arrival and they organised for the room to be decorated for my partners birthday.
The room was lovely, a good size, we had the view of the canal and everything was 5*.
They were great on arrival, so welcoming and kept making sure they added anything they could to make the weekend special.

Staff were lovely- food & location great but needs a little tlc
Pros:

We loved the staff who were great! Lady in the kitchen made awesome eggs & everyone was very friendly- a real credit to the hotel.

Cons:

It was tired - lots of signs of wear (eg chipped furniture) & things broken (like the ice machine). There was also work taking place & whilst the work was only during the day it did impact. Maybe would have been better to close for a week or so.

An unforgetable stay and a boutique hotel I wholeheartedly recommend
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was outstanding from the staff, the decor, the comfy bed, the toileteries, the self serve bar, cheese trolley, snacks and absolutely fabulous breakfast.
It was also located very centrally and the lobby was a fantastic place to sit and relax. I highly recommend and would like to return.

Cons:

A minor thing but the lift was a little slow.

Superb, would definitely come back!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is a lovely building, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was delicious, with good gluten free options; I really liked the fresh eggs being made on show.
