Location, staff. The snacks and drinks are a welcome after a lot of walking
Not having a kettle to make a cup of tea on a morning, having to go to the basement, make your drink then bring it back up in the elevator there were tea facilities in reception but only special blends, no normal English tea and a lot of times no milk. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work properly so it would of been nice to be able to make tea and have a kettle with a little selection of normal tea/coffee milk & sugar which is normal in a lot of hotels
Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, good food and plenty to choose from. Super friendly and helpful staff that made the stay even more worth while.

El hotel es chico, decoración antigua y poco personal. Cierran el hotel a las 11 y hay que tocar el timbre! Habitaciones pequeñas, mal decoradas y no es más que un 2 ó 3 estrellas… no vale los 480 euros que pagamos la noche… una estafa! Por ese precio puedes irte a un hotel de lujo ( las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad)

Loved the breakfast lady - warm friendly and honest.
Asked for feather free room - al pillows were down.
Was offered a ‘pillow me u’ which doesn’t exist - staff ran out to buy two hypoallergenic pillows.
Was offered an early checking as we arrived from a long haul flight at 10h30 - only to be told that the room wasn’t ready until 3pm and no notification of the same beforehand.
Hotel manager seems to not know what is going on.

Delicious with a variety of foods excellent egg station friendly chef who cooked eggs just right. Excellent coffee
When busy it took us a while to get our eggs prepared
Location! We were able to walk most places we wanted to visit and there were excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Enjoyed the five p.m. happy hour for free drinks and socializing.
