Dimitra Hotel

The Hotel is according to its 2 stars rating: very simple food, poor equipped and maintained facility, low motivated staff.
Pool and gym are OK.

Staff were all 1st class, shower curtain old, black on the bottom and awful. Pool lovely, beds really comfy. Bathroom door didn’t lock in 318, needs a little updating, but all staff were lovely.

The hotel itself was clean with friendly staff and reasonable facilities. The big problem was night time noise. The corridors echoed the noise from guests enjoying a late night out but on the first two nights there were loud arguments in the corridor outside our room with hammering on the doors and shouting. There was no intervention from staff. Unfortunately I did not sleep at all and we checked out early despite having paid extra for the fridge and air conditioning. We weren't offered an apology or refund.
Hersonissos itself is not for us, far too noisy.

Het knusse familie hotel ligt in een zeer rustige en mooie omgeving. De kamers zijn netjes maar eenvoudig. Het hotel heeft een heerlijk zwembad en er wordt een simpel maar goed ontbijt geserveerd. Het hotel heeft een zwembadbar maar helaas is deze tijdens mijn verblijf niet open geweest. De bar van het hotel is gezellig maar wordt gerund door een onverschillige jongen en dat nodigde niet uit om even te blijven hangen. Dezelfde jongen is ook de receptionist van het hotel in de avond maar heeft geen affiniteit met zijn werk en dat is jammer. De vrouwelijke receptioniste daartegen is een schat.
Het hotel begeeft zich op een hellende weg slecht 350 meter van het strand. Als je de straat uitloopt zit je direct in het bruisende stadsleven. Om de hoek ligt een supermarkt.

Personnel très accueillant, séjour paisible.
N'oubliez pas que la climatisation est payante et n'est pas compris dans le prix de location.

Personnel accueillant, chambre très propre, large choix au petit déjeuner et hotel un peu à l'extérieur de l'ambiance festive de la ville pour rester au calme

Struttura sicuramente da rimodernare. Piscina in ottime condizioni .cucina serale ottimo ,un po’ meno la colazione . da 1 a10 il mio voto è 7

L'accueil des touristes est un véritable atout de cet hôtel. L entretien des chambres est fait tous les jours. L'accès à la plage est à quelques minutes.

Très bon accueil du personnel , hotel propre , tranquille, tout en étant proche du centre très animé, de la plage, piscine et locaux , bus à proximité permettant de visiter,tous les sites à ne pas manquer!, très bien entretenus, cuisinières au top, et nouŕriture fait maison, variée , gérant très sympat et dispo, très bon equipe,

Plutôt en famille ou en couple, très accueillant, personnel très très agréable

Everything was wonderful. Everyone who works there were so helpful and nice, helped with everything no matter what. Food was good and plentiful. Would absolutely stay there again. Can’t say enough good things about them 💕💕💕

Hôtel familial. Accueil chaleureux où l’ensemble du personnel fait tout pour nous faire passer un excellent séjour. La nourriture est bonne et variée. La piscine est sympa et la salle de sport est bien équipée.

Bonjour,
On recherchait un séjour authentique et familial avec des gens attentionnés, chaleureux et on a trouvé, bien loin des Resorts ou l'on est qu'un numéro de chambre. Certe l'isolation phonique pourrait être améliorée surtout pour la chambre près de l'accueil, mais l'enthousiasme de Dimitri et toute son équipe nous le font vite oublier. De plus prendre son petit dej en terrasse au calme avec quelques autres vacanciers est moins agressif qu'à 200.
