En general muy bien la atencion respondieron mis mensajes si tenia alguna inquietud y estaba fuera del hotel, la habitacion es sencilla y agradable. El paisaje que lo rodea es hermoso y da mucha tranquilidad al lugar ... al desayunar tiene vista a las sierras, parque grande y comodo con parrillas y pileta. Sus fachadas son bien marcadas como coloniales !

No era lo que esperaba falta mantenimiento los baños muy antiguo el desayuno dice continental te daban café y mate cocido con pan muy mala la predisposición del encargado lo único aceptable el personal de limpieza y la mesera del comedor. Cómo positivo es que se encuentra en una avenida muy transitada y el parque es muy bonito y por la tarde los zorros se acercan para el deleite de los turistas

Es una bella estructura con habitaciones amplias .Hermoso parque ,buen estacionamiento,.Pileta chica .Falta total de mantenimiento, los elementos del baño parecian hamacas .No hay TV en habitaciones.Los horarios desayuno y limpieza no son acordes si uno va a descansar .Te cobran como tres estrellas y gracias si llega a dos .Todo el personal tiene una atencio espectacular

Es un hotel que no deberia estar habilitado, por el estado en general en que esta, lamentablemente se aprovechan de la escasa disponibilidad en Merlo. La habitacion hace 40 años que esta igual, sin ningun tipo de mejora, sin TV, el baño impresentable, la recepcion igual, no hay mejoras. Tuve la suerte de ir hace 45 años y esta igual desde esa epoca, sin mantenimiento. Una a favor la limpieza bastante bien, pero lo demas deplorable, no lo recomiendo
