Its horrible at the time of checkout later it was ok
Cons:

The staff is very rude ,
they don't give simple respect to customers ,when we ask any queries
actually when i went to hotel they have denied to take the check-in and demanded for more money
when i am asking them to talk with the on call support / sent an email reply also they are denying .

I have waited seriously 2 hrs in the reception before they accepted after help from Oyo Support .
Booking.com on call support has only non-indian custom support which is also not valid and proper , I need to call oyo Support to resolve the issue

please re-confirm with Hotel on Pricing before confirming with customer

SCAM:

They didn't accept my request and didn't sent any mail or call me through phone, but I pay sum of Rs.310 for part payment before reach the Bangalore.

I directly visit the hotel at 5.30 am on 25.06.2023, but they didn't open at the time and door also lock and there is no security guard . I waited for 20 min, later I leave the hotel and check-in some other hotel near to me.

That AMM hotel mail me to pay the amount either part or full amount which is mention in the booking, I paid half amount Rs.310. one more thing that AMM Hotel send mail through OYO website and payment link also, but i booked this AMM hotel through BOOKING.COM website this is really very embracing to me.

I lodge this complaint to the booking.com through this review. kindly take necessary action against this issue. I hope you will take steps too...
