Všetko v poriadku, pobyt bol veľmi príjemný.
Pros:

Výborná poloha hotela rovno oproti lanovke, jedlo chutné, personál ústretový, izba čistá

Cons:

Hlavný bar bol bez obsluhy, museli sme si zakaždým pýtať pri bare, možno by mali väčší biznis, keby sem tam niekto prišiel a spýtal a na objednávku, nevedeli sme o tom, že treba zakaždým na bar, a aj si to prísť zobrať, ale asi im taký systém vyhovuje. A pritom tam v jednom čase vystávalo asi 5 časníkov.

Jól éreztük magunkat, kíváló elhelyezkedés fínom ételek
Pros:

Rendkívül kedves volt a személyzet, nagyon finom volt a vacsora, bőséges a reggeli, kedvesek a felszolgálók.
A szálloda közvetlenül a sífelvonónál van, az üzletek és a városközpont szintén csak egy pár lépés.

Cons:

A szobában egy Tv -n és két műanyag poháron kívül más felszereltség nincs, az ágymatrac nagyon ki volt feküdve.

Funktionale Unterkunft mit super Lage, jedoch mit Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt gegenüber der Planai-Gondelbahn ist wirklich hervorragend. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in den österreichischen Alpen hätten wir uns insgesamt jedoch etwas mehr erwartet.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt skandinavisch geführt, Englisch wurde besser gesprochen als Deutsch. Eine kleine Begrüßung wie ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer oder zumindest Wassergläser hätten wir schön gefunden. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft auch recht kühl und wurde erst nach Nachfrage langsam warm. Zusatzkosten für Parkplatz (€12) und Bademantel (€10) sowie relativ hohe Getränkepreise sind uns ebenfalls aufgefallen.

Das Essen – besonders die Hauptgänge – hat unseren Geschmack leider überhaupt nicht getroffen. Auch erinnerte uns das Ambiente eher an eine bessere Jugendherberge. Beim Frühstück wurde ab etwa 9 Uhr kaum noch nachgefüllt und um 9:30 auf das Ende hingewiesen. Bei der Abreise gab es kein Nachfragen zum Aufenthalt.
