Hallo ich möchte mich beim Persnal sowie bei den Damen am Empfang sehr herzlich bedanken sie waren sehr höfflich und nett weiter so !!!!

Cons:

Vieleicht könnte man auf den Zimmer ein kleinen Kühlschrank oder so ne Kühleinrichtung einbringen das wäre so ein kleiner Mangel!!!!

Szuper hotel, személyzet kedves, ellátás pazar, több napos nyaraláshoz tökéletes választás.
Pros:

A szállás a központban van, mindenhez közel. A reggeli és vacsora pazar, mivel magyar szakácsuk van, finom ételek voltak. A személyzet is magyar szinte, mindenben segítettek ha kérdés volt.
Vacsorához üdítőt, csapolt sör és bort is lehetett inni térítésmentesen. Szoba megfelelő, tisztaság rendeben volt.

Cons:

Hűtő nem volt a szobába.

Výborné jídlo, skvělá obsluha, příjemný výhled ze sauny a bazén pro děti.Každý host se cítí svobodně, žádné hlášení čísla pokojů při jídle apod.je skvělý krok vpřed. Známe i Váš hotel ve Wagrainu a tento je lepší.Děkujeme za hezký pobyt.

Cons:

Hlučnost ( pokoj ve 3.bloku -1.patro -3101-hluk z bouchajících požárních dveří, při příchodu skoba na zácloně - a velký flek na koberci u balkonových dveří, což kazí dojem jinak čistého a hezkého rodinného pokoje)
