Sehr gute Aufenthalt in Planai
Pros:

Super Lage, direkt an der Gondel Planai. Aus der Sauna guckt man direkt auf die Piste.

Sehr gutes Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Jeden Tag 3 Sorten Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse. Frisch aufgeschnittene Gurken, Tomaten, Paprika und eingelegte Oliven. Nachtisch Abends ist auch immer da und schmeckt auch alles super.

Die Schlechten Bewertungen bezüglich des Essens kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Cons:

Das Doppelzimmer mit ausklappbaren Betten für zusätzliche 2 Personen ist etwas klein. Gerade wenn man Ski fährt, hat mann mit 4 Personen mehr Sachen zum aufhängen oder trocknen und es gibt nicht genug Möglichkeiten das zu tun. Vielleicht ein paar Hacken mehr sowohl im Badezimmer als auch im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés.

Cons:

A szezon végi zárás előtti utolsó héten a meghirdetett szolgáltatásoknak csak a töredéke érhető el, de ezzel csak a helyszínen szembesül az ember.

Kényelmes szálloda a sílift mellett
Pros:

Közvetlen a sípályával szemben, közel a centrumhoz. Parkolás a mélygarázsban. Választékos reggeli. Wellness részleg látvány szaunával. Hotel saját sítárolója.

Cons:

Nincs vízforraló, hűtőszekrény a szobában, de még két vizespohár sem. Az első emeleti szobák a medencére néznek, az erkélyek is oda nyílnak, így onnan könnyen belátni a szobákba.

Összességében véve remek szállás egy néhány napos síelésre, de azért volna mit javítani.
Pros:

A félpanziós ellátás remek volt, a reggeli és a svédasztalos vacsora nagyon finom és bőséges, az ételválaszték nagy. A helyszín nagyon jó, az út túloldalán rögtön ott van a Planai felvonó. A személyzetből kivétel nélkül kedves és segítőkész volt mindenki. Van fűtött síléctároló, bár elég béna helyen van, nehezen megközelíthető. A szobák elrendezése remek, van elég szekrény, és egyáltalán nem szűkös a hely sem. A fürdőszoba is szép és tiszta. Van egy nagy lobby a földszinten, ahol esténként jókat lehet társasjátékozni, kártyázni. A Wifi a szobában ingyenes, és viszonylag stabilan működik, bár nem minden eszközön.

Cons:

Béna, hogy vacsoránál a csapvízért(!) 2 EUR/fő díjat legombolnak. Akkor már inkább tegyék ki ingyen a vizet, és építsék be a "díját" a szoba árába. Márciusban voltunk (0 C hőmérséklet), és a szobában nagyon meleg volt. Túl van fűtve az épület, és nincs termosztát a szobában, így a vendégek a hőmérsékletet nem tudják szabályozni sehogy. A recepción szóltunk emiatt, azt a választ kaptuk, hogy megoldják a leszabályozást, de nem lett jobb utána sem. Ezt a problémát személyzet egyébként úgy oldja meg, hogy bukóra nyitva hagyja az ablakot a szobában és a folyosón is, órákra. (0 C-ban!) Ez rendkívül energiapazarló eljárás, és emellett nagyon kiszárítja a szoba levegőjét is. Az elpocsékolt energia díját meg nyilván be kell építeni a szoba árába. A szobákban sajnos nincs gépi szellőztetés sem, így reggelre teljesen elhasználódik a levegő a két fős szobában. A meleg, száraz és elhasznált levegő miatt az alvás minősége sem lesz jó. Bár a fürdőszobák rendben vannak, az épített zuhanyzók nem sikerültek jól. Nincs üvegajtójuk, ezért kifröcsög a víz a fürdő padlójára, ott meg van egy ~2 cm műanyag perem a fürdőpadló és a zuhanypadló között, így kifröcskölt vizet vissza se lehet söpörni egy lábmozdulattal a zuhanyba, hanem külön fel kell törölni egy ronggyal. A wellness részleg a felső emeleten elég gyenge, tekintsd úgy, mintha nem is lenne.
