Pros:

The room was very spacious, which was especially convenient with young children. The hotel has underground parking available (paid), and the location is excellent. The food was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. We also really appreciated that the hotel accommodated our request for a quiet room and prepared two baby cots for our children.

Cons:

I originally booked full board, but a few days before our trip I accidentally found out that full board was no longer available and had been replaced with an all-inclusive light package, which is essentially half board with a limited selection of drinks available only from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. I found this out myself when I asked about lunch – the hotel never informed us about the change. They did offer free cancellation, but what could we realistically do just a few days before our trip?

Another frustrating issue was that the information sheet given to us at check-in stated that breakfast started at 7:00 AM. We woke up early and went down at 7:00, only to find out that breakfast actually started at 7:30 AM.

Skvělá poloha hotelu hned u lanovky a blízko centra

Cons:

Velikost pokoje pro 4 osoby(z toho 2 děti) opravdu malá. Skoro se nedá pokoji hýbat. Horní patrová postel je pro dítě nedostatečně zabezpečená, museli jsme dát matraci vždy na zem. Bazén a sauna vzhledem k velikosti hotelu malý.

Pros:

Poloha je super, priamo v centre pri lanovke, na pesi aj do aquaparku a dole priamo Billa. Ranajky v pohode - deti by odcenili lievance aj kazdy den, manzel si stazoval na kvalitu kapucina ale inak ranajky super. pacila sa mi izba s vychodom na taku tu terazku a k bazenu kde sa dal travit cas.

Excelent experience
Pros:

First thing first... the location is the best. You are stationed directly before the Planai cablecar. The room was a nice size and cleaned daily. The staff was very welcoming even if we arrived after hours they still waited for us. And the breakfast was simply fantastic, so much to choose from.

Cons:

Some guest were a little loud during the night and you could hear them if you leave the window open but there is nothing the hotel staff could do about that.

Kozponti helyen, nyaron Schladmint-Dachstein kartyaval nagyon sok program ingyenes/kedvezmenyes, finom etelek, kenyelmes szoba, segitokesz szemelyzet.

Cons:

Hangosan csapodnak a folyosoi ajtok, ez neha (reggel) zavaro volt.
