Abbiamo apprezzato tutto di quest'hotel. La pulizia è eccellente e lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottima posizione, a pochissimi minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. L'hotel, inoltre, si trova nei pressi di una strada ricca di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Alla reception è disponibile una macchinetta per la consumazione gratuita di bevande calde come the, caffè e cioccolata. È presente un bollitore per il the anche in camera. Assolutamente consigliato.

Un hotel foarte bun pentru a vizita Viena
Pros:

Hotelul este foarte aproape de Westbahnhof si Mariahilfer Straße, aproape de statia de metrou Zieglergasse.
Hotelul este elegant, curat si ofera conditii foarte bune de cazare.
Camerele mari ofera tot confortul necesar.
Micul dejun foarte bun, diversificat si bogat in oferta.

In Zimmer 107 fehlt die Glühlampe der Bettbeleuchtung. Die Bitte um Ergänzung ergab, dass die „damals ein Gast diese zerstört hat“. Interesse an einer Abhilfe hatte das Personal leider nicht.
