Pros:

The breakfast is very good, thanks to the cook.
The location is convenient, the metro is a 5-minute walk away, close to the inner city.

Cons:

Smoking near the hotel entrance.
Our room was above the entrance, and the cigarette smell came through the open window.
When I showered, the water stood in the shower tray.
Then it drained with a loud pumping sound.

Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr geräumig, großes , bequemes Bett, Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher dazu noch Tee und Kaffee. Man kann sich auch ab 12 Uhr kostenlos Wasser oder Kaffee im Foyer holen.Das Bad ist auch sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen.Alles frisch und lecker.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig.Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.
Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, U-Bahn Station in der Nähe.

Nice hotel located just off Mariahilfer Strasse near S-bahn a few blocks from Westbahnhof.
Pros:

The front desk personnel with whom we interacted (Natalia, Beza) were super-friendly and helpful. A third person whose name I did not get helped us find a laundromat using the tourist map. The hotel had changed ownership since I'd made the reservation and the new owner seemed to have repainted and renovated quite thoroughly, so I suppose we were among the first beneficiaries.

Cons:

It would have been better if booking.com or the hotel itself had contacted us about the name change. Instead, a couple of weeks prior to our arrival, I double-checked the reservation and couldn't find a hotel with the old name. It took some effort to figure out what had happened and at that point, I contacted booking.com to confirm. I got the feeling booking.com didn't know about the change until I told them. Other than that, our stay was uneventful and we liked both the hotel and its environs.

قربه من الشارع التجاري، النظافه والغرف واسعه، ومكيفة، توفر مواقف برسوم، يبعد من المطار حوالي نصف ساعه او اقل، مناسب لآخر يومين في الرحلة.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel zur Erkundung von Wien in zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Sehr gutes Frühstück, welches immer wieder aufgefüllt wurde. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. ÖPNV Anbindung super.

Cons:

Die Badewannendusche ist für ältere Personen nicht gut zu nutzen. Zimmer direkt am Aufzug. Keine Hotelbar, die im Automaten kaufbaren Getränke waren sehr teuer.

Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen, täglich sehr sauber gereinigt und wie angesagt Wäsche Wechsel nach drei Tagen!! Absolut Lobenswert das Frühstück, das Angebot den aktuellen Anforderungen der Gäste ( Bio- , Vegan und Lactose frei !!! ) besser geht nicht !!! Ach ja , der Kaffee , wow !!!0

Clean, great location, a standard hotel room really, to come back to!

Cons:

The shower is a bit too tiny, you cannot really move around in there so you’d better take the shower and get out. There are also just two outlets in the room with not much alternatives, and no usb ports. One must cone prepared!
