Ein gutes Hotel mit idealer Anbindung in das Zentrum !
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber aber spartanisch eingerichtet! Die Betten sind von guter Qualität, die Polster zu weich! Ansonsten in Ordnung!
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und liebevoll appetitlich angerichtet und von sehr guter Qualität!!!

Cons:

Wie erwähnt sind der Zimmertisch und die Nachtkästchen eher als Blumenständer verwendbar! Der Kühlschrank lässt sich nicht einschalten! Man kann darin nichts kühlen bzw aufbewahren!
Preis und Leistung sind in Ordnung! Könnte aber etwas niedriger angesiedelt sein!

Primero cuando entramos yo contrate habitaciones dobles 2 habitaciones pulse en dos pasajeros y a ellos supuestamente les aparecía como dos habitaciones individuales y contrate el desayuno incluido y me cobraron 2 desayunos por dos días 80€ y ahi no termino se quedaban sin mercadería y la calidad era pésima algunos croasanes eran del día anterior y luego sacaron otros nuevos y estaban crudos. El personal muy maleducado del cocina riéndose de nuestras quejas

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Kurze Wege zur U-Bahn und Einkaufsstraße mit Kaffees. (ca. 350m)
Ganztägig stand in der Lobby Kaffee zur Verfügung, aber auch im Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war gut. Sehr gutes Rührei aus frischen Eiern. Man hatte alles was man so braucht. Die Brötchen könnten frischer sein.

Cons:

Die Frühstücksbrötchen am 08.09.26 waren offensichtlich vom Vortag.
Wir mussten bereits am Anreisetag den gesamten Übernachtungspreis bezahlen obwohl das Hotel noch keine Leistung erbracht hat und wir auch noch nicht das Zimmer gesehen hatten.

Rundum angenehme Erfahrung
Pros:

Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem! Trotz Innenstadtlage und Blick auf die Webgasse war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Es gab genug Stauraum für Kleidung. Das Bad war ebenfalls zeitgemäß und stets sauber. Die Ambientebeleuchtung im Zimmer war angenehm. Es gab einen funktionierenden Kühlschrank sowie eine gute Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Die Dusche im Bad war etwas eng. Sie lag in der Ecke eingeklemmt neben dem Waschbecken. Nach der Benutzung haben die Duschtüren das Bad nass gemacht.

A well-located, clean and comfortable hotel, with a disappointing check-in experience
Pros:

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a very convenient location, with a metro station and bus stops within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection.

Cons:

The only negative experience was the check-in process. Almost a month before our arrival, I informed the hotel that we would be arriving early in the morning and asked whether early check-in might be possible. We arrived at around 10:00 a.m. after an overnight flight, but the front desk staff told us that our room was not ready. We left our luggage and returned about an hour later, as we were very tired after travelling overnight.

We then had to wait in the lobby for almost five hours, although we repeatedly saw other guests arriving and being checked in immediately. I understand that the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m. and that early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but seeing other guests being accommodated while we were repeatedly told to wait gave us the impression of unequal treatment.

Shortly before 3:00 p.m., after the shift changed, another front desk staff member, who was very polite and helpful, offered us another room with the same conditions, as our original room was still not ready. We accepted it. This was frustrating because the same solution could apparently have been offered much earlier.

Hopefully, similar situations can be handled more flexibly in the future.
