It was the first time, booking.com' failed to confirm the reservation. Absolutely Unprofessional.
Pros:

At least, they booked another hotel for us. (Though overpriced)

Cons:

We booked the hotel from booking .com. However, the property did not charge instantly. So, we called them just to know they do not have any room empty. When I asked about booking.com' s booking, they said, its a system gap. However, they booked another hotel for us.
