Pros:

Ni s-a oferit o camera foarte murdara, cu perdele/draperii murdare, covor murdar, lenjerie de pat rupta, pereti murdari si cu var cazut, mobila rupta si deteriorata. Canapeaua extinsa era desfacuta, desi noi am cerut doar 1 camera cu 1 pat si am fost nevoiti noi sa o impachetam. Am cerut sa ne fie schimbata camera, insa nu ni s-a oferit alta, motivand ca nu sunt camere libere, dupa ce, in urma cu cateva minute, solicitasem noi ca (doar daca se poate) sa primim o camera la un etaj cat mai sus (implicit aveau camere libere si la alte etaje). Atitudinea domnului din receptie nu a fost potrivita pe durata interactiunii. Ne-a spus sa incercam sa ne schimbam a 2-a zi camera. Am cerut sa ni se dea banii inapoi, incat sa putem pleca si sa achizitionam cazare altundeva, insa ne-au comunicat ca in acest caz ne vor restitui doar o mica parte din suma, iar cea mai mare parte din suma va ramane la ei... Pretul a fost enorm pentru ceea ce ni s-a oferit, dar si pentru ceea ce prezinta imaginile afisate pe Booking. Imaginile afisate pe Booking pentru aceasta unitate de cazare NU sunt conforme cu realitatea.

Η Αγένεια του προσωπικού και περισσότερο ενός υπαλλήλου υποδοχής ονόματος Rotr ο.οποίος πέρα απο αγενής και κακότροπος έγινε και επιθετικός εναντίον όλης της παρέας πουν καθόμασταν στο lounge του ξενοδοχείου, μιλούσαμε και γελούσαμε όπως πρέπει να απολαμβάνουν την παρεα οι άνθρωποι στο lounge ενός ξενοδοχείου.
