the breakfast was great, huge variety of food
the rooms were comfortable and looked nice
the Hotel's Bank charged us a huge (>10%) exchange fee when paying for the room in EUR.
the wellness was a compelete disappointment :( the changing rooms, the lockers and the pool itself were terrible. You had to walk across the insanely small gym to get to the pool and could only get your pool towels from a man who was always talking on the phone. The pool is really cold and so small that only around 10 people can swim in it comfortably.
the parking fee is also expensive
also it would be great if they put small bins on the restaurant tables at breakfast for the smaller rubbish.
also it would be a nice gesture to inform internation guests that if they are coming by car then they need to register for the low emission zone of Krakow
All together it was okay, but I expect a lot more from the name Novotel.
