Wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were wonderful.. The front desk staff were delightful; smiling and helpful. The van driver, Brandon, is an excellent driver. I noticed that Brandon took his job very seriously; checking his rear and side mirrors frequently and keeping his eyes on the road. As he helped us with our heavy bags at the airport we asked him about how long he had been a driver. We had a short but wonderful conversation with him. We felt fortunate to have met such an exceptional human being.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK, not great. The food was very basic.
