Awesome staff, great value.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk and the shuttle driver, Billy, were awesome. It was midnight and they were dealing with lots of cranky travelers who were staying there because of flight cancellations due to storms. The staff were patient and courteous.

Cons:

The breakfast ran out of many items before 9:00 (when breakfast ended).
The pool ran out of clean towels and the water needed some thorough cleaning.

Kind staff
Pros:

We stayed here for a night before heading to WDW, and this was your standard dependable Hampton with a decent breakfast and a comfortable mattress / pillows. What made the difference was the kindness of the front desk staff after arriving around 1:30 AM from flight delays. She was just so darn accommodating and friendly to an exhausted family. It’s something that I’ll remember.
This property is also very clean!
