Fantástico! Tranquilidad en un entorno espectacular
Pros:

La casa es preciosa, muy tranquila y con un espacio exterior ideal para estar en contacto directo con la naturaleza. El desayuno es completo y con productos de calidad y la atención por parte del personal es de 10. Sin duda, repetiremos.

Uitstekend, ik raad iedereen aan om daar een (of meerdere) overnachting te boeken!

Prachtig gelegen in de baskische heuvels nabij Santander. Een heel vriendelijke en dienstbare gastheer en zijn moeder.

Un rincón mágico que nunca olvidaremos

Ha sido, sin ninguna duda, una de las mejores experiencias de alojamiento que he vivido en más de 30 años viajando. Además, trabajo en el sector hotelero, por lo que valoro especialmente los pequeños detalles y el trato al cliente.
Todo fue perfecto, empezando por el maravilloso recibimiento de Juan y Carmina, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto. El Mirador de Rivas está situado en un entorno espectacular, de una belleza y tranquilidad difíciles de describir.
La casa es preciosa, cuidada con muchísimo cariño y llena de detalles. Las camas son comodísimas y el descanso es absoluto. Todo está impecable y pensado para que la estancia sea perfecta.
Mención especial merece el desayuno que preparan Juan y su madre. Por solo 7,50 € ofrecen un desayuno casero y abundante: bizcocho recién hecho, tostadas, zumo de naranja natural, fruta, jamón, queso y un excelente café. Todo de una calidad extraordinaria.
Es un alojamiento que nunca olvidaré. Volvería una y mil veces y lo recomendaré a todo el mundo. Gracias, Juan y Carmina, por vuestra hospitalidad y por hacer que nuestro viaje se convirtiera en una experiencia inolvidable.

Incredible value for money in the area
Pros:

Incredible value for money. It's the cheapest stay during our trip. Yet it was the cleanest, was beautiful and had delicious breakfast. My partner said that the way the bed sheets were chosen made her feel like home.

Cons:

I think the only annoyance we had was not from the hosts but from that GPS map features have a hard time with the train roads nearby to the location, it routed us to non-existing train crossings multiple times until we learned to not trust it.

Idéal pour visiter la région, rapport qualité prix excellent.
Pros:

l'hôtel se situe en campagne avec une superbe vue, très tranquille, proche de Santander . L'accueil est très convivial et familiale, petit déjeuner parfait et complet.

Pros:

Queríamos un poco de playa y hacer un poco de senderismo, y la situación es genial para todo. Comodidad, tranquilidad y buenas vistas. Además, Juan y su madre te hacen sentir como en casa. Estaban pendientes en todo momento. El desayuno, espectacular. Sin duda, repartiríamos.

Everything. We left Santander early evening and on the way to Bilbao we found this great accommodation to spend a night.
It was great experience with very comfortable and clean room. In the morning the excellent breakfast has been served and we Have a nice talk with very very kind owner Mr. Huan,
