Pros:

Posizione e colazione, c erano cibi senza glutine e senza lattosio . Nota positiva che per accedere nei corridoi delle camere ci voleva la tessera

Cons:

Un giorno salviette non cambiate, non c’era phone in camera, non c’era cuffia da bagno,nel divano letto hanno fatto il letto direttamente sul divano senza aprire la rete sottostante , che a quel punto l abbiamo aperta noi, per avere letto più morbido e non avere i piedi contro i braccioli del divano.

Hotel at a central location
Pros:

The location is great, close to the public transportation and walkable to the tourist attractions. The room was extremely quiet even though it is on the first floor at the corner of a very busy street and a noisy pedestrian street. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed at the junior suite. It was not as big as one would expect of a suite. The bathroom is very small. The shower doors would not close tightly and therefore a lot of water came out on the floor. There is no individual temperature or AC control in the room and the AC was on all the time even though the outside temperature was at a perfect 20C and therefore no AC is needed. That is contradictory to all the other measures to reduce global warming.

Housekeeping was a miss, but overall upgrade needed for the hotel.
Pros:

Good locations, though pick up and drop off in front of the hotel is difficult. Front desk helpful.

Cons:

One day, our room didn’t get cleaned because they didn’t get to it in time and at 530 they had about 1 minute so only changed our towels and trash. They should have cleaned during the day like the other days. The first day, housekeeping also left out door open. Anyone could have walked in and took whatever they wanted. The door ended up being broken, they should have known that from the start or hk should have identified. Ohhh… and our curtains had moth holes so light beamed through every morning.

ein sehr reichhaltiges, internationales Frühstück, da blieben keine Wünsche offen.
wunderbares Turmzimmer, klimatisiert, ruhig, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr sauber
nahe des Altstadtkerns Gamla Stan, sehr gute Lage für alle Stadtbesichtigungen und Ausflüge

Hotel 4 stelle in centro città, comodo rispetto alla stazione centrale (principale punto di forza)
Pros:

Comodità della locazione dell’hotel rispetto alla stazione centrale di Stoccolma.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che non siano state fatte le pulizie della stanza anche dopo aver appeso il cartello specifico sulla porta.
Colazione continentale veramente povera (salato>dolce).

Das Hotel liegt super. Es ist alles schnell erreichbar egal ob zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
