very good breakfast....nice sized room (double queen)
did not have hot water until 2nd morning.....hot tub not open either day of visit......pool location not convenient i.e. on parking 2nd level and away at the back...front desk did not explain how underground parking worked i.e. hotel parking on 1st level and only in places labeled hotel parking and not by the numbers that were painted on the wall (spent time looking for room 248 parking spot...and was only able to find out about hotel parking from a helpful Office Towers lady)....did not have a roll-in shower that was shown on Booking.com listing (that was the prime reason for choosing to stay at the Windham)

Very small check in desk , only 2 check in lines. Unfortunately they got slammed by the AC/DC concert and the lineup was long! But, the reservation agent was excellent and her attitude made up for the long wait. Thanks
