Overall, the hotel is outdated and starting to show age. Cleanliness leaves to be something desired for. Had other guests hair present in shower. It is clear that air ducts/vents are also never cleaned. Lamps had burnt out bulbs. A sign that staff are doing bare minimum. Online checking and constant messages was annoying. Especially when it is done to streamline check in, and check in was still missing our vouchers for prepaid breakfast.

Pros:

indoor track for, the lobby looked nice, beds were comfy

Cons:

When i booked it wasn’t stated anywhere that breakfast wasn’t included, i was very disappointed to have had to pay 18 dollars for a standard buffet hotel breakfast with limited food options.

Other then the overpriced breakfast, everything else was nice

Beautiful inside! Was a quick one night stay.

Cons:

The parking lot is rough. Also no breakfast included in the stay. Very overpriced for a kids plate with one egg, one small pancake & sausage for over $10 each

i enjoyed my stay in the hotel. its centrally located and clean
Pros:

the hotel is maintained perfectly, cleaners do a beautiful job and staff is very professionally. they were very eager to give us help and direction as were foreign visitors. staff professional and friendly

Cons:

i didn't like their breakfast. they should add tomatoes, beans and mushroom as extras . the bacon one of the days was cooked very hard really didn't enjoy it

Cons:

We were evacuated from the hotel due to a fire alarm. It was sorted timely. But fresh out if a shower wet rushing to get out was not great.
Also hot tub was not working
