God awful and slapped in the face with a wet noodle
Pros:

I did not stay because they over booked the room and tried to downsize me. Yes Wyndham I will accept this on my 1 year wedding anniversary. Thank you.

Cons:

The fact that they are over booking rooms and promising stays when they know damn well that they cannot keep their promise on their end. It was disgusting that they tried to offer me a free 10 dollar breakfast and expect me to accept it and fit into a much worse room. I payed for the executive king jacuzzi suite and was offered a smaller queen room and 10 dollar breakfast. No where near the same value.

The lobby was more modern and inviting

Cons:

The rooms are very outdated, and have a dark feeling to them. Not a lot of lighting, and not great TV. Smart Tv in the living room but the bedroom is an outdated cable Tv. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly giving there were clumps of hair in the jet tub. Bathroom has pee stains on the toilet. Shower was not clean.

Horrible filthy place.
Pros:

Room was gross. Hair in the bed. Not mine as I am bald...lol. As for towels, my shop rags are heaven compared to the garbage they called towels. One elevator broken. Toilet had feces all over seat. No water till 4 am, so no shower or sink to wash in, so no flushing toilet either. Carpet so stained I could hardly tell it was carpet. If I was not so tired I would have left. Had to sleep in clothes it was so bad. Stay at own risk. Worst ever.

Nice inside
Pros:

Clean, family friendly, large room

Cons:

Not the safest area. They didn’t offer indoor parking although they had it. No headboard. Plugs are sparse or not functioning. Pricy.

Good location, huge gym area, spacious rooms, but slightly dated and hot tub was closed.
Pros:

Property is beautiful inside. Good location to get to South Common, and the Stollery and many other spots. Staff was friendly. The gym is enormous and has everything needed (except 10 pound weights). Bed was comfy and room was spacious.

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. Front desk said they closed on Mondays and it wouldn’t be up and going again before we left. This was very upsetting as I’d booked for the hot tub and gym. If they know it will be closed on Mondays, that should be mentioned online for when people are booking! It may not matter to some, but it was a big let down for us.

Family trip
Pros:

Nice central location and we were traveling with a few other families.
The courtyard was a great place for everyone to congregate together.
There was enough room for the kids and the adults.
Pool is downstairs.
Room faced the courtyard so we always knew who was around.
Room was a generous space.

Cheap for a reason
Pros:

Our room had peeling wallpaper in a lot of places, two toilet roll holders, the noisiest air handling system you can imagine, and looked straight out of the 70s. Yes the price was lower for this suite but based on the beautiful lobby was quite the surprise.
