I will always stay here when visiting Vienna!
Pros:

Centrally located to transportation and just across from the beautiful Votivkirche. Rooms are spacious and clean. Mini bar is extra, but well stocked. Breakfast is as expected, except there is a carafe of coffee at each table! Not a machine that makes coffee. The restaurant, Roth is very good and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay here.

Tolle Lage, gute Anbindung an Öffis, schönes historisches Hotel direkt am Votivpark, gutes Frühstück; nettes und hilfsbereites Personal;

Cons:

Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sehr sauber.

Pros:

The hotel is an elegant building in the city center close to the metro and tram station Shottentor. The room was spacious and with a fantastic view on the park and the close cathedral. Breakfast was served outside when the weather allowed that.

Cons:

In this amazing structure you expect all the services including gym, card keys, and maybe spa. The breakfast buffet was really good, but I was expecting even more.

Cons:

Klimaanlage defekt, bei 324 Euro pro Nacht. Alternativzimmer zum gleichen Preis winzig, daher nicht in Anspruch genommen. Sehr warme Nacht. Dusche undicht, Bad unter Wasser. Bademäntel und Cleanex fürs Bad erst auf Nachfrage. Reklamation an der Rezeption zwar zur Kenntnis genommen aber halbherzig, ohne die Punkte zu notieren. Personal aber durchgehend sehr freundlich.

Hotel w fajnej lokalizacji, czysty, wygodny pokój. Personel - poprawcie obchodzenie się z bagażem.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, spokój i cisza w pokoju z widokiem na kościół wotywny.

Cons:

Personel. Uszkodzono nam bagaż podczas transportu do przechowalni bagażu - wyrwana jedna rączka z kuferka. Rozbito czerwone wino w torbie, ponieważ walizka i torba się przewróciły panu bagażowemu, przez co zalaniu uległo kilka przedmiotów, walizka, buty, koszulka, książki. Personel nie poczuwał się w obowiązku do jakiegokolwiek zadośćuczynienia. Kazano nam zgłosić mailem reklamację.
Ocena na 5 znośny z powodu incydentu z personelem i bagażem.
