Fantastic birthday weekend for my boyfriend.
Pros:

We loved the location and the staff were friendly. We had a slight hiccup on arrival as i had booked a Superior Room and they gave us a Standard Room but they sorted it out and we had a lovely room. And when we left they gave us a cake as it was my boyfriend’s birthday.

Cons:

It was quite warm with the heating on and we couldn’t work out how to turn it down but we just opened a window.

Amazing and classy stay
Pros:

The style, location, food, service were all amazing. The employees were all friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond. When we were leaving we left a couple of adapters behind in the rooms and they came running out to the taxi just to hand them back to us.

We fell in love with Austria! Christmas was magical!!
Pros:

Beautiful! Convenient to everything! Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

The staff was not friendly and welcoming! No greeting, very cold. Luckily the rest of Vienna was!!
