L'hôtel est idéalement situé au coeur de Vienne, les chambres sont confortables, très calmes et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est attentionné (réception, petit déjeuner, femme de chambre), sympathique et très professionnel. L'hôtel est parfaitement bien tenu et l'ambiance y est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est excellent. Je remercie chaleureusement l'hôtel pour m'avoir souhaité mon anniversaire en m'offrant leur délicieux gâteau (Kaiser Franz Josef Torte).

Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

Location, spacious room and clean bathroom. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast and a great central location with everything at the tip of your finger.

Центрально, но шумно. Персонал любезен. Уборка плохая. Матрацы, подушки, одеяла обновить
Pros:

Обслуживание на ресепшне , в ресторане на завтраке. Очень приветливы и любезны. Завтрак очень хороший .Номера достаточно большие и удобные . Местоположение отеля замечательное. Всё в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Уборка номера ужасная. Волосы после уборки по всему номеру. Пыль не вытерлась. Не обновляли кофе и чай. Старые проваливающиеся матрасы, подушки набиты скомканной ватой, постельное бельё синтетическое и непонятные одеяла.

Pleasant city break in Vienna
Pros:

Lovely hotel right in the centre near to Stephensplatz. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very good. The weather has also been perfect.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard for me but I do have a bad back so might be ok for others.
