初めてのウィーン(旧市街)滞在の方には間違いなくオススメ出来ます！！
Pros:

シュテファン大聖堂のすぐそばにあるのに、ホテルに一歩入るととても静かで落ち着いた空間が広がっています。旧市街のほぼ中央に位置し、旧市街のどこでも徒歩圏内ですし、地下鉄駅もホテルからすぐでした。

スタッフのホスピタリティも高く、親切で寄り添ったあたたかいおもてなしをしていただきました。

ホテルの規模も丁度良く、長めの滞在をしていると、フロントの方々はすぐに覚えてくださり、リクエストに応じた対応や、個別に言葉掛けをしてくださいます。

ひとり旅でしたので、心強く、安心感の持てる嬉しい対応でした。

建物自体は新しくないと思いますが、室内の清掃は行き届き、快適な滞在でした。

Cons:

お部屋によるとは思いますが、窓の外の眺望がなく、視界が遮られた部屋だったのが残念です。
比較的長期滞在だったのですが、眺望が悪くお部屋にいながらリラックスと言う感じは得られませんでした。

でも、早朝便で到着し、チェックイン時間よりもだいぶ早いのにお部屋にご案内頂けたことは助かりました。

なので総合的にはマイナス点にはなりませんでした。

あと部屋の鍵の開け方が少し難しくて、コツをつかむのに数日かかりました。

Perfecte ligging, van alle gemakken voorzien
Pros:

Perfecte centrale ligging, midden in het centrum van Wenen. Alles op loopafstand. Het vriendelijke personeel doet er alles aan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De ruime kamers zijn comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Bij een volgend bezoek aan Wenen zullen wij hier zeker verblijven.

Lovely situated hotel which made exploring and discovering Vienna very easy.
Pros:

Great location for exploring Vienna. Lovely staff. Very good breakfast choices.

Cons:

Only very minor point - on three evenings we had a drink at the front of the hotel at about 9pm. It took ages for the staff to actually see we were waiting to be served. On one occasion we had to actually go and find them!
