Die Lage ist mit der Nähe zu Westbahnhof und Mariahilfer Straße wirklich gut, gleich gegenüber dem Raimund-Theater findet man einige Musical-Fans unter den Gästen.
Das Zimmer ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, es ist groß und sauber. Auch das Bad ist in einem guten, sauberen Zustand.
Das Frühstück ist ein schönes Buffet mit vielen guten Sachen.

This place should not be listed as a hotel at all. It is extremely old and feels more like a hostel or an outdated apartment than a proper hotel.

The entire building is very old, and we were not even allowed to use the elevator. There was a strong smell of dampness and sewage throughout the building, including inside the room.

The room itself was very disappointing. The bed was old, the blanket felt outdated, and there was no fridge. There was no proper wardrobe or even basic hangers to hang clothes. The only closet available was extremely old and unpleasant to use.

The room had a constant bad smell of humidity. The bathroom was extremely small and had an unpleasant odor as well. It was so small that even an average-sized person could barely move. There was not enough space to comfortably wrap a towel around the body without it touching the walls or the door.

The toilet was broken and unstable — it moved when sitting on it, which felt unsafe.

Overall, nothing matched the photos or description shown online. This place is absolutely not worth the price we paid (around €400). Unfortunately, we could not cancel the booking, so we had no choice but to stay. We only came back late at night to sleep and left early in the morning just to avoid spending time there.

I would not recommend this place to anyone

Die Lage. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Es könnte sauberer sein. Die Matratze war extrem weich. Wasser im Bad läuft aus (vermutlich Badewanne undicht, auch wenn diese nicht benutzt wird. Wasserschaden am Boden im Vorraum ersichtlich.
