Komfortables Hotel nahe Raimund Theater, für Wochenendtrip zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr nah am Raimund Theater gelegen, was für unseren Musical Besuch sehr praktisch war.
Einfach mit der Tram vom Hbf Wien zu erreichen. Restaurants/Cafés/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig.
Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel.
Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Am Wochenende schien das Personal etwas unterbesetzt und die Auslagen beim Frühstück nicht immer gefüllt und das Rührei nur lauwarm.
Das Frühstück war aber lecker und reichhaltig und die Auswahl sehr gut! Daher nur Mini-Verbesserungsanregung. Sonst war alles top!

Pros:

The location is very close (<10min walk) to Maria Hilfer street a famous shopping street in Vienna. Easy to get taxi/uber car to and from the hotel. There are 2 lifts and a fitness centre.The complete room amenities toothbrush, shaver, etc. Safebox to store your laptop. Very close (<5min walk) to a grocery store (Lidl). Quiet area no traffic noise, most importantly no loud siren sound from ambulance. Very friendly staff. They will greet and even talk to you asking about your day, everytime when you meet them at the lobby. Highy recommended.

Gutes Hotel, Preis/Leistung sehr gut, zentral gelegen

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal speziell beim Einchecken, gutes Frühstück , sauberes Hotel

Cons:

Beim Waschbecken kam nur sehr heißes Wasser aus der Armatur. Das sollte in einer Suiten nicht vorkommen

Pros:

This is a very bad hotel.
An employee stole my friend’s glasses. We contacted the hotel staff immediately, but on the first day they said there were no security cameras. On the second day, they claimed there were cameras, but that the footage was not visible.

We also tried to contact the manager, but the manager never replied to our email. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I strongly warn everyone to be careful and not to stay at this hotel.
We are extremely dissatisfied.
