Pros:

Nothing really but the smiley staff were ok

Cons:

It’s a horrible old building with rusty taps in the bathroom. Poorest design quality I’ve stayed in a long time. The whole thing needs updating

Price for dog to stay too much
Was told dog could be in the restaurant with us, but then at breakfast was told we had to sit in the foyer, table and chairs not suitable for eating a meal

I was not made aware upon booking that parking incurred an additional fee, or that breakfast was not provided on site.

Cons:

Holes in curtains which let light through at night. No plug sockets near bed.

OK. Not brilliant.
Pros:

Near to shops and not far from the port.

Cons:

Rusty taps in the room. Fruit juices in the breakfast room were watered down ' no taste at all.

Pros:

Wet room was a real help. One member of staff stood out and went beyond the call of duty when I fell out of my wheelchair. Sadly I have forgotten her name but because of her alone I would return.
