Front desk staff was outstanding. They let us in our rooms early and gave us great directions (shortcuts) to the museum. The Blond woman found my brothers phone and personally brought it to our room as she knew he was with our party and knew my room number.
It was warm and they did not have air conditioning. They did have fans in the rooms.
Best hotel most caring receptionist iv ever known
I missed my friend molly x she came said hi in the hotel best present ever to know she well
Location near IKEA other well know company.
Bath very small deep shower ok but bern temporary fix not working well
Double glazing windows, no noise coming from outside! Location is also good and bed was comfortable. Big parking, but you have to pay for it.
Pillows were uncomfortable, no hand towels and the shower a bit old
It's a very basic hotel, thought when I booked it was walking distance to ferry terminal but we had to get taxi and not much around it..Our room was a bit run down and had a smell.
Good hotel and only a stones throw from the cruise terminal
It was alright, you get what you pay for
The Breakfast was a good selection. We were impressed with the staff keeping on top of the cleanliness and supply of food .
The parking was very good value at 2GBP a day. We arrived early and were able to park straightaway before we checked in and come back later .
The room was a bit small . There was no air conditioner but at least there was a small desk fan on the bench. Only 2 teabags supplied which is not enough if you each want a cuppa at night and in the morning.
The soap and shampoo dispensers were both empty on our first night. We asked for them to be filled up the next morning which they were .
Location, good customer service.
Room was dated and very old. Sideboard was chipped and rotten and bath tap was worn out and rusty. I felt it was not worth £185 for 1 night. I did complain about the sideboard, and got a free breakfast and complimentary drink. Customer service was good.
Great location to take the train to Portsmouth Harbor and town center once we learned the routes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean! Enjoyed a beer outside. Glad we had an additional fan. Price was reasonable
Carpet was a bit iffy and room was a bit tight.
😃
Everything
Nothing
The fact I booked my room online only to get there to be told all the rooms had gone. They moved me into a 4 star across the road. That was fine. I felt sorry fot the staff. The booking system was terrible
Good location. Clean.
No air con in this heatwave. Shower over bath is dated.
The staff was so friendly and helpful.
We paid for breakfast but it was un eatable for my husband and I have gluten free and it was all open so cross contamination so would not eat went to car to get my own cereal to be safe. We have stayed here the last 3 years but it as gone down hill and won't be staying there again. The bathroom needs some tlc a seat was missing in the room also.
Gone down hill from last year, breakfast was unbeatable, stayed a few times but that's the last time at that hotel
Ideal location for the cruise terminals, or to walk into town centre .. next to tgi Fridays and McDonald's. Hotel has its own restaurant with small menu. Room ok comfy and basic . It was very warm so fans were placed on the rooms .

Room had no extras. Fridge, iron etc and was £20 more expensive than the budget version next door.
Great location,
Rooms and bathrooms very small for two people,
Air conditioning not working as we had a very hot room, windows opened to a very small gap, dated rooms and decor
