I stayed instead of two nights at ibis in Novotel and I was charged 144 pound just for one night .novotel was good hotel
Pros:

I didn’t get chance to stay at the hotel , as the reception didn’t allow me because it’s not family room

Cons:

I have no idea hehehe

Pros:

Very good/ friendly staff extremely helpful with taxis , directions, ship and port information.
Within a few minutes from train station and national express coaches ,and a variety of shops/stores close if you find you need anything

Close to port. Staff were lovely and very helpful . Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Booked our taxi in for the morning. Did supply us with a fan .

Cons:

Did not like the no cash policy!!! The rooms were adequate. The beds were a bit basic.

Shower head not attached!
The budget hotel would have been better
Took my wife with me …was really embarrassing
Stay regularly for work with IBIS around the UK .. have instructed the agency to cancel future IBIS for me and my colleagues
