Pros:

The car park

Cons:

Everything - booked a marina view hotel which is a joke, and staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel is over priced and out of date and would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ok for a cheap stay one day only
Pros:

Going out in terrible rain storm to cross the road to the Nova hotel to get evening meal

Relaxing, friendly, ideal location, what’s mor to say.
Pros:

I only stayed for 2 nights, all the staff that I met were excellent and friendly. One lady came to my room to give me a message from my friend as I had left my mobile phone in Northamptonshire, it’s very rare this happens, an extra burden for the staff and did say thank you to the lady when I left.
Definitely will stay at again. Thank you all.

Cons:

I don’t have a negative comment for my stay.

Quite satisfactory for what what was needed.
Pros:

The response from the staff when I had a problem (see below)

Cons:

I could smell tobacco smoke in my allocated room but the staff reacted very well and moved me to another room.

Good location a bit pricey for what u get

Need fridge and save in the rooms can b tourist area that's why u need the it is 2026 it's hotel behind the times we were there 2 days WiFi was down not good enough a lot of room for improvement need to keep up with the times
