Closeness to the port. Breakfast was nice.
The air con was garbage. We barely slept because we were sweating. No matter what we did the temperature changed back to 23.5
When i was waiting for the lift theres was a gentle man sat down in your seats and he had urinated on him self unacceptable

Ibis hotels always have shower cubicles this one had a bath with a shower over which was not very accessible.
The restaurant smelt of old cooking oil which emanated across the ground floor
The menu selection and smell made us go somewhere else for dinner.
Breakfast was included but was very poor and the coffee was undrinkable.
Very disappointed
I thought the location was very good because it was in Joaquin distance to Southampton Central train station. It is very close to a large mall. And there are also restaurants close by.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It was quite hard. The pillows were also very flat and stiff. They could not be puffed up at all. They were like a rectangle block. The room was quite warm, even with the air conditioner, running almost all the time and a portable fan going.
